Full-Stack AI Creative Agency for Your Business

updated 2026-09-16

You do not need another pile of disconnected posts, ads, and AI experiments. You need one campaign system: same audience, same promise, same visual world, same call to action — across brand, creative, UGC, product imagery, paid ads, landing pages, and organic social.

This engagement is that system. Pricing is contact sales (scoped per brand, asset set, and timeline). No public menu price.

What problems does this solve?

  • Your site says one thing; your ads say another
  • AI tools produce generic “premium” mush that does not match the product
  • You have assets but no Brand Lock, so every batch drifts
  • You need testable creative volume without fake testimonials or fake performance claims
  • You want one partner for strategy → assets → revision, not five vendors to stitch together

Who is it for?

Local operators and growing brands that already feel the cost of fragmented marketing. If you want a partner who can run the full creative loop — strategy through assets through revision — this is the top package.

If you only need a single landing page or a short consulting call, use those services SKUs instead. This package is for the full campaign stack.

What do you get?

1. Brand strategy and positioning

A one-page creative brief: objective, audience, core problem, desired outcome, offer, single-minded message, reasons to believe, CTA, deliverables, and success criteria — compressed into one campaign sentence you can use.

2. Creative directions, then a Brand Lock

Three genuinely different campaign directions (not three fonts). You pick one. We lock what must stay identical (name, logo, product look, promise, colors, type, tone, key message, CTA) and what can flex (creator, setting, hook, format).

3. AI UGC concepts and scripts

Creator-native concepts: hooks, personas, spoken scripts, shot lists, on-screen text, B-roll, product interaction, CTAs, and generation prompts. Labeled when fictional. Built to feel like a real creator, not a polished commercial.

4. Product photography directions

Studio hero, lifestyle use-case, and campaign-specific concepts — with production-ready prompts (composition, lighting, lens, texture, color, negatives, protected product details).

5. Paid advertising concepts

Hooks, static and short-form concepts, headlines, supporting copy, CTAs, and intended awareness level. Every concept is a testable hypothesis. We do not invent performance promises.

6. Landing page structure and copy

Conversion-shaped page: hero, problem, outcome, mechanism, benefits, how it works, proof placeholders (never fake testimonials), objections, offer, FAQ, final CTA.

7. Organic social campaign

A seven-post arc that keeps the same positioning with different hooks: awareness, problem, education, demonstration, founder/brand story, objection handling, offer.

8. Consistency review and targeted revisions

A ten-point agency review (audience, message, brand, product accuracy, visual continuity, platform fit, claim accuracy, CTA clarity, AI artifacts, complexity) with Problem → Why it matters → Exact repair — then fixes that do not break the Brand Lock.

How does the work run?

Discover → Define → Create → Review → Improve

  1. Intake questions that change the work
  2. Assumptions labeled when data is missing
  3. Approval gates before publishing, spending, or launching
  4. No random asset generation before audience and message are set
  5. If a tool cannot execute something, you get a production-ready prompt or spec instead of a fake delivery

What we will not do

  • Invent testimonials, awards, or stats
  • Alter protected product identity without approval
  • Ship three cosmetic variations of the same idea and call them “options”
  • Publish or spend without your explicit yes

How is this different from “AI ads only” shops?

Many AI creative shops sell volume creatives (UGC video batches, statics, carousels) for media buyers who already have strategy. This engagement starts earlier: positioning, Brand Lock, landing structure, and organic arc so paid concepts share one system. If you only need ad volume against an existing lock, say so — we can scope a narrower lane.

How do you start?

  1. Email [email@dylanjharris.com](mailto:email@dylanjharris.com) or book a [consult](/) on dylanjharris.com
  2. Bring: product truth, audience, offer, any brand assets, and channels you run
  3. We return a scoped plan and a contact-sales quote for your asset set and timeline

FAQ

Is there a public price?

No. This is contact sales. Scope depends on brand complexity, asset count, and timeline.

Do you guarantee ad performance?

No. Paid concepts are hypotheses for testing. We do not invent ROAS or CPA claims.

Do you invent testimonials?

No. Proof placeholders stay empty until you provide real proof.

Can you produce final rendered video in-house?

When tools allow, yes. When they do not, you get production-ready scripts and prompts so you or a vendor can finish without redoing strategy.

Is this the same as a $250 consult?

No. The consult is a short clarity session. This package is the full creative campaign system across eight delivery areas.

Where do you work from?

Dylan J. Harris sole prop — practical AI consulting for local and regional operators, with national clients welcome. Primary market: Guernsey County / eastern Ohio hub and nearby regions.
