Scope & terms +

Consultation: 90 minutes. $250 local (Guernsey / rural / WV); $350 metro and remote. Credits 100% toward Assessment or Build within 30 days. Checkout charges the $250 local rate; metro/remote settled before the call.

Assessment: $1,200 once. A working session and review of up to 3 workflows: ranked opportunities, tools, costs, data considerations, and a 30-day plan. Report within 10 business days after call and materials. No implementation or subscription. Multi-location / regulated scopes may be $2,000.

Monthly: $1,500 includes two 1-hour working sessions and four hours of implementation or training each month. Onboarding uses those hours. We agree on priorities before work starts. The standalone assessment is separate. Software extra. No rollover. Larger $2,500 / $4,000 plans and extra scope by agreement.

Billing: Auto-renewing monthly. Contact me before renewal to cancel. Support lasts through the paid period. Scheduling contact within one business day of payment.
