Consultation: 90 minutes. $250 local (Guernsey / rural / WV); $350 metro and remote. Credits 100% toward Assessment or Build within 30 days. Checkout charges the $250 local rate; metro/remote settled before the call.

Assessment: Up to 3 workflows: ranked opportunities, tools, costs, data considerations, 30-day plan. Report within 10 business days after call and materials. No implementation. Multi-location / regulated scopes may be $2,000.

Monthly: Tiers at $1,500 / $2,500 / $4,000 (hour-capped). Month one includes call and report. Software extra. No rollover. Extra scope priced separately. Checkout starts at $1,500; higher tiers by agreement.

Billing: Auto-renewing monthly. Email before renewal to cancel. Support lasts through the paid period. Scheduling contact within one business day of payment.
