The practical details +

Assessment: Your report covers up to three workflows, ranked opportunities, tool and cost estimates, data considerations, and a 30-day plan. Delivery is within 10 business days of the consultation and receipt of your materials. Implementation is separate.

Monthly support: Your initial consultation counts as one of month one’s two sessions. The initial report is included in month one. Each month also includes four hours of implementation or training, plus a progress review during a working session. Software fees are separate. Unused hours do not roll over. For more work, we agree a separate scope and price first.

Renewal and cancellation: The base plan renews at $2,000 each month. Email me before your next billing date to cancel future renewals. Your support continues through the paid period. After payment, I’ll contact you within one business day to schedule.
