Local pilot

WhatsApp

Import a conversation export. Keep each message and its evidence. Review proposed tasks before approving them.

Example · invented for this demo“Can we add next month’s workshop to the site?” → source message → proposed website task → your approval.

Interactive explanation of a private local app. The selected paths show the design; not every output has a live connector. This map uses invented examples. It does not access messages or client records.

The problem

Requests arrive in chats, notes, and project updates. It is easy to lose the source or treat an old request as a new commitment.

What we built

A private local review desk that brings conversation exports, selected notes, and project evidence together. Each proposed task keeps its source. Spoken feedback can trigger an agent revision; a person still approves the work.

The benefit

Review proposed work in one place, check what it came from, and decide what belongs on the task list.

Keep the evidence

Imported messages and selected project notes keep their original references. Repeated imports do not create new copies of the same message.

Review it your way

Type or speak feedback. The local app transcribes your review, saves it, and asks an agent to propose a revision or a question. Approval remains a separate decision.

See the whole design

The interactive map shows how more inputs could connect. Email, calendar, live CRM, and automatic task execution are not active integrations in this pilot.
