[00:00:03 – 00:00:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] GM from NYC crazy I am traveling right now I'm in the hotel room still Pengwine is on an airplane [00:00:16 – 00:00:25] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and I cannot play any music right now so I'm just gonna kick back and hang out for a minute I love to see that Veronica is here already. [00:00:26 – 00:00:27] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Yes. Hello, hello. [00:00:29 – 00:00:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] You can probably tell my voice is a little scratchy because I've been yelling at people from five inches away from their face. [00:00:41 – 00:00:44] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Good morning. Good morning, New Yorker. [00:00:45 – 00:00:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Good morning. Oh, my gosh. I just went outside to get coffee. I am really not used to being in a city where like five minutes after I am conscious for the day, [00:00:57 – 00:01:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] seeing like, I don't even know, probably just saw like five to 700 people [00:01:04 – 00:01:09] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] in the course of five minutes to go get coffee. It's so wild here. [00:01:11 – 00:01:15] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] All right, since you can't play, shall I play some music? [00:01:16 – 00:01:18] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Ooh, yes, that would be lovely. [00:01:19 – 00:01:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Let the space fill in a little bit. Shout out Euro Thunder and David Cherry for being here early. [00:01:32 – 00:01:36] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Okay, I will play this. [00:01:39 – 00:01:44] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Ooh, thank you. I don't wanna die young [00:01:46 – 00:01:48] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'm buying that cold [00:01:50 – 00:01:51] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Or satisfaction [00:01:54 – 00:01:56] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'll poison each day [00:01:58 – 00:01:59] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Or reason to stay [00:02:01 – 00:02:03] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] You won't feel like some of the stars [00:02:05 – 00:02:06] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] All right. [00:02:35 – 00:02:38] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] We took the streets of the woods. [00:02:40 – 00:02:42] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] We could have been in the woods. [00:02:48 – 00:02:50] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] We left the same in the woods. [00:02:56 – 00:02:57] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] We could have been in the woods. [00:03:02 – 00:03:05] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'll check the streets of the world. [00:03:12 – 00:03:13] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'll never get so old. [00:03:15 – 00:03:17] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I've sat it takes you. [00:03:19 – 00:03:21] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] The last snow boat. [00:03:23 – 00:03:24] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] The satisfaction. [00:03:27 – 00:03:29] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Don't wanna buy gold. [00:03:30 – 00:03:32] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Don't wanna bite low. [00:03:35 – 00:03:36] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] 'Cause now it's all sold. [00:03:39 – 00:03:40] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] That's never been known. [00:03:42 – 00:03:44] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] That's never been known. [00:04:24 – 00:04:37] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'm going to go to the [00:05:08 – 00:05:17] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] All right, interestingly, when I listen to this in my headphones, it is much louder. my computer was not really picking up on it so it was not really slow it was not really fast it was [00:05:17 – 00:05:29] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] something in between no that was great thank you thank you i was able to go send a couple messages get a couple posts put in the jumbotron [00:05:32 – 00:05:47] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] the pictures from the event are amazing first of all you are so so very stylish i love the whole combo the hair the hat the clothes the jewelry the tattoos [00:05:47 – 00:05:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] like you are a very very stylish person you look like a rock star yes so you look on brand well i am a rock star [00:05:58 – 00:06:07] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] no i'm just kidding i mean i'm not but i am you know uh but yeah i mean i felt like i needed to spice it up a little bit. [00:06:07 – 00:06:17] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I like being able to be fashionable. I literally wear gym shorts and hoodies and t -shirts like 99 % of the time. [00:06:17 – 00:06:20] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I didn't wear them. I didn't wear any short shorts. [00:06:20 – 00:06:25] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh no. You just disappointed the whole team that was with the speakers. [00:06:26 – 00:06:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] He's like, where is the short shorts guy? Was he on yet? [00:06:29 – 00:06:43] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Oh my gosh, right? Nah, it was all good but yeah New York City felt like you know I'll be a little professional for the events um but yeah thank you it was kind [00:06:43 – 00:06:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] of fun I decided yes I'm gonna wear my vintage boots and uh wide brim fedora I guess technically I don't really like fedoras but I like whatever this hat is I've had for years [00:06:58 – 00:07:04] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I think that hats are super cool. But please do tell us, how did it go? [00:07:04 – 00:07:07] Overlapping speakers [overlap] What was happening? Start completely. Oh, my gosh. [00:07:08 – 00:07:12] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It's going to be wild. We're going to be talking about it for, like, weeks. I already know. [00:07:12 – 00:07:17] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It's a bummer that Kamal and Pengwine are flying right now. [00:07:17 – 00:07:22] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But thankfully, Kamal got his flight ticket. I think he bought it, like, four or five hours ago. [00:07:24 – 00:07:29] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And managed to get on the same flight with Pengwine. So they're cruising back to chill in Michigan. [00:07:29 – 00:07:36] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So I guess it's just like the first wave of info for me. But it was amazing. [00:07:38 – 00:07:43] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Yeah, kind of a blur. The Honey Bee Lounge was a fantastic success. [00:07:44 – 00:07:57] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It was really fucking cool to meet everybody. But also Judy, the founder of NFT NYC, as well as I'm going to botch the names. [00:07:57 – 00:08:05] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but I'll get to more info later and help with following up a little bit better because I'm still needing my decompression time and all that, but I'm here. [00:08:06 – 00:08:12] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But yeah, so the founder was there, some really beautiful artists from the space and panelists were there. [00:08:13 – 00:08:19] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] The event literally became like the place to go that night. Last night, it felt a little fragmented. [00:08:19 – 00:08:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] There was a bunch of different events I noticed after leaving and going to one after event and then another one and then another one that everybody was kind of dispersed in various locations. [00:08:31 – 00:08:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And what happened on Wednesday night was just like everybody rolling over to the Honey Bee Lounge. [00:08:40 – 00:08:41] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So it was really cool. [00:08:43 – 00:08:51] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Yeah, super honored to be a part of that. Translated so well. I got so many fun compliments and interesting questions. [00:08:52 – 00:08:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Our friends did an awesome panel in the morning. I really enjoyed the panel that I was on with Kenneth and Marjan. [00:09:00 – 00:09:01] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Had a great time. [00:09:03 – 00:09:05] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] There's a lot to unpack though. [00:09:08 – 00:09:14] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Well, what about the travel? Like how did you find getting to New York? [00:09:14 – 00:09:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Was it crazy? Any difficulties on the travel or all was good? [00:09:20 – 00:09:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] The only thing was I had to check my bag that I didn't want to because the flight was full. [00:09:25 – 00:09:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] honestly it was super chill. I flew in. I'm like an on the ground kind of person, you know. [00:09:31 – 00:09:40] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I like to experience the city by walking it. I really enjoy genuinely public transit and the vibes like that. [00:09:40 – 00:09:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So I know a lot of people just like hop in a car and grab a taxi or Ubers and whatnot, but I grabbed a bus and took that into the city and then got on the subway and brought that over to Times Square and probably [00:09:55 – 00:10:09] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] took about the same amount of time as a car would have and I was in my hotel pretty nice and smooth when I got here come all and penguin were already having meetings and down in the lobby so that was kind of perfect and [00:10:10 – 00:10:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] yeah we settled in got some food went to the check -in party which was sweet that's where you see one of the first photos that I posted there that was at the VIP check -in before the event and got to meet a few people [00:10:24 – 00:10:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] there but that came and went so fast because then we all wanted to go see the Times Square billboards which that that was crazy like I'm just thinking about like last night and the day before but [00:10:38 – 00:10:40] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] on the first night here [00:10:41 – 00:10:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] we didn't get good footage of it or pictures of it because it was all happening so fast and we were trying but all of us were had our headshots on the fucking billboard in [00:10:55 – 00:11:04] Overlapping speakers [overlap] times square like what that's crazy yeah that's amazing so you got picture of it or not or you do [00:11:05 – 00:11:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but it was blurry or i've got i've got some video and some pictures of like when it was happening but I just didn't capture good footage that I could screenshot [00:11:16 – 00:11:20] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] when it showed Komal and I on one of the same slides, which was sweet. [00:11:22 – 00:11:28] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I think I did get an image when Penguin popped up there, but it's just like, I don't know, it's kind of zoomed in from far away. [00:11:30 – 00:11:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I don't know if you've ever stood in Times Square. It's trippy. Literally, it can be the middle of the night, and it feels like it's noon because there's so much lighting. [00:11:41 – 00:11:47] Overlapping speakers [overlap] so is that gonna be in your bio now are you gonna have my face was displayed in the time [00:11:47 – 00:11:53] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] i am a celebrity now oh my gosh um probably not but that's funny [00:11:56 – 00:12:10] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] oh i've been feeling so inspired though yo check this out so another person that was here at the event and that was an honor to meet who's now following [00:12:10 – 00:12:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] me on x and i feel blessed is the author of erc20 whoa get that wow the one who actually submitted the proposal like we were talking for me he's like yeah well [00:12:24 – 00:12:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] it was vitalik's idea but like somebody had to write it and submit it that's crazy cool like super humble and chill and he mentioned a few things to me while we were talking that have very [00:12:39 – 00:12:47] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] much inspired me um i will say nfts are not going anywhere uh it's pretty [00:12:49 – 00:12:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] crazy daydreaming about the future and possibilities you know there was some talks on legal aspects There was talks on tokenization, RWAs, music, [00:13:00 – 00:13:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and of art, of course. [00:13:03 – 00:13:05] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But I'm so inspired right now. [00:13:07 – 00:13:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Like, I sometimes always thought, like, oh, I don't want to spam chains. I don't want to put, excuse me, like, too much art out there. [00:13:14 – 00:13:20] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I want to make sure that I'm, like, curating everything that I put out with intention. And, of course, I still want to do that. [00:13:21 – 00:13:28] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But I just don't want to hold myself back at all because I realized that we can do so much more with the NFTs. [00:13:28 – 00:13:34] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And I'm always thinking like, oh, you know, I'm going to focus on the characters or this and that. [00:13:34 – 00:13:44] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But in reality, like I want to start blasting NFTs for commemorating moments and like celebrating events and just feeling like I don't need to worry at all. [00:13:44 – 00:13:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Like put it all on chain everywhere. [00:13:48 – 00:13:53] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Um, there was even some inscriptions communities, shout out to tiny Vikings. [00:13:53 – 00:13:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It was great to run into Lars. Um, he actually bought me lunch in Singapore over two years ago. [00:13:59 – 00:14:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Um, and I've still got some tiny Vikings ordinals, which are very cute. [00:14:05 – 00:14:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And yeah, it was great to see him out here as well. So kind of full circle from some other events and I'm going to keep losing my train of thought. [00:14:15 – 00:14:24] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So feel free to ask whatever. i'm sleep deprived and getting caffeinated and just trying time you mention some of these uh like uh [00:14:25 – 00:14:39] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] nfts of the past and then you show me uh i really really want right i bought same as you have the sushi one and uh i've got one you're gonna have to show me the tiny vikings and oh yeah [00:14:39 – 00:14:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] for sure [00:14:40 – 00:14:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] well what's cool too is like you know most of the ordinals are down but some of them are down like you know, 90, 80, [00:14:48 – 00:14:58] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] beyond percentages. And I feel like they're only down like maybe 30, 40, 50 percent from where they were like in some of the peak cycle. [00:14:58 – 00:15:01] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So super cool to see and also affordable. [00:15:02 – 00:15:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But yeah, I'll have to pull some info out of there because definitely knowing that like there's not much activity in that space as far as like creators and content, considering like comparing to where we were a couple of years ago, and then seeing people like [00:15:16 – 00:15:20] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] that show up like that's that's signal within the noise right there [00:15:20 – 00:15:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] to me for sure and tell me about your speech how did it go were you nervous i saw the live stream of it but it was a bit blurry for me and the sound was cutting out but it was probably [00:15:34 – 00:15:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] my phone [00:15:35 – 00:15:49] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] that was also because pengwai needs to get a decent phone geez he's like oh you know i don't spend much time in the states he's got to have multiple phones for different things but whatever phone he's been using the last three days i'm like [00:15:49 – 00:15:49] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] dude [00:15:54 – 00:16:05] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] so i blame him but i don't know where the live streams were what was recorded i saw some high quality footage being taken so hopefully there'll be things that we can cut and share more of in the [00:16:05 – 00:16:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] future too um yeah he posted a beautiful picture of you on the speakers i thought that it was shot really nicely at a nice angle and it was in good resolution unlike penguin stuff yeah yeah oh [00:16:19 – 00:16:19] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] my [00:16:20 – 00:16:34] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] gosh no that's cute i'll have to double check maybe it's one of the ones i already posted um but yeah the panel was really great um i felt super honored to be up there on stage with the two other panelists that I was with. [00:16:35 – 00:16:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Somebody didn't show up, so it was just three of us, [00:16:39 – 00:16:51] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] which just meant more spotlight for us, which was cool. But both Kenneth and Marjan are amazing creators who have been putting stuff on chain all over the place for a while. [00:16:51 – 00:17:05] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Kenneth is more into the fine arts and the traditional art scene, and he does oil paintings as well, and does a lot of inspiration from creating with 3D and mixed media, and then oil painting [00:17:05 – 00:17:12] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] the results, which is really sweet, because then it ties over to gallery showings, and he's known here in the city. [00:17:13 – 00:17:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And Marjan, I looked into a little bit, but oh my gosh, she's like crazy OG, not just in crypto, but in digital design, was using like Commodore 64. [00:17:26 – 00:17:28] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I'm going to date myself, because I don't know much about that. [00:17:32 – 00:17:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but she's been playing with 3d art and design for like over 35 years like crazy awesome and has a bunch of really cool art on chain and curated a brand for herself and also integrates [00:17:47 – 00:18:01] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] she's like not going to limit herself to any tools right she has a style that kind of translates through all the tools that she uses which is really cool I'll have to do a better job of digging out and sharing some more of their art but it was yeah it was a blessing [00:18:01 – 00:18:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] they were like talking about all this crazy high level design and I'm like yeah and I draw fun pictures and I'm excited about gaming but it was [00:18:15 – 00:18:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] neat to be able to you know express my love for NFTs and for art on chain and to acknowledge that they're not going anywhere and to our panel was specifically about AI so I've [00:18:30 – 00:18:44] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] definitely you all already know it but had to just express that like I love what we can do with AI for expanding right like I want to I want the human touch and the curation and the provenance of it to lead back to hand [00:18:44 – 00:18:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] -drawn original creations right But that doesn't mean that like story building and lore and creating video games by prompting, hopefully with visual input, like we were talking about last week and hand [00:18:59 – 00:19:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] drawings and being able to expand it. Right. Or immerse yourself in an environment. [00:19:05 – 00:19:08] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] That's where I think that like personally for me, I love the use of AI. [00:19:09 – 00:19:23] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But it's also cool to see how people create with it or co -create with it. So one of the questions ended up becoming, in a world of AI, where content creation is starting to feel very unlimited and there's so [00:19:23 – 00:19:33] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] much of it, does the curation become the art itself, right? [00:19:34 – 00:19:40] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] In a sense, because where we're headed is a future where literally like AI creates its own AI. [00:19:42 – 00:19:49] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] If that makes sense. So like making sure that humans are engaging and checks and balances are put in place. [00:19:51 – 00:19:56] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Working with them. Like where does the line come from, you know, art and design. [00:19:57 – 00:20:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And it's kind of interesting because there's so much AI going on that the conversation is becoming that. [00:20:02 – 00:20:07] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Yeah, like literally like, you know, just curating is significant. [00:20:08 – 00:20:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And there was some lawyers that were talking about interesting things with AI that I hadn't really taken into account just yet. [00:20:14 – 00:20:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And that's kind of monitoring the AI's workflow. You know, like legally you can own the prompt, but you can't necessarily claim the output. [00:20:26 – 00:20:34] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But there's people creating programs that are going to monitor like what AI you're using, what prompt you're using and actually trace like the whole workflow. [00:20:34 – 00:20:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Right. So that way you can own your mixed media art fully and prove it. [00:20:41 – 00:20:48] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And that's kind of interesting, like on the cutting edge. Right. Like, how do we legally approach these things? [00:20:48 – 00:20:58] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So I thought that was interesting. It's cool to see at a convention. It's, you know, not just the art and the vibes, but it's also like, how do we really make this real and stick? [00:21:01 – 00:21:16] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] You know, with the AI and the legality, I've seen a talk where they were analyzing how you will upload a picture of a girl's face and you will ask AI to make [00:21:16 – 00:21:30] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] the girl dance on a beach, for instance. And then they actually were searching the internet and they found exactly that somewhere a real woman has uploaded a video of herself dancing in these [00:21:30 – 00:21:31] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] exact moves. [00:21:33 – 00:21:37] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Her body type, her everything, and the AI just replicated it, right? [00:21:38 – 00:21:45] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] So that's possibly something that will need to be questioned in terms of IP in a way later on. [00:21:46 – 00:21:50] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] since it seems that AI is just replicating something that already exists, right? [00:21:51 – 00:22:05] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] It can't really creatively... Because I work with AI a lot, and I've noticed that if you prompt it to do something, particularly in visual format, that doesn't exist yet, and that it can't really, like, [00:22:05 – 00:22:10] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] find some version of it somewhere, it will really struggle to do it. [00:22:11 – 00:22:18] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] So you, in a way, have to draw it for it so that it can understand what you actually mean and then somehow butcher it still anyway. [00:22:20 – 00:22:23] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So yeah, that's another aspect which... [00:22:23 – 00:22:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] - Yeah, totally. Yeah, and Marjan was talking about how metadata changes when you use AI and you might create an entire image yourself and maybe hand -drawn or mixed media, whatever you did to get to that point. [00:22:38 – 00:22:48] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And now you wanna use AI to maybe like remove one layer, add a little piece, and maybe it's only 2 % of what you're looking at on the page, but it changes the metadata, and now it will flag as AI. [00:22:49 – 00:22:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So for artists, being able to preserve the integrity and actually point out when and where AI was used and how [00:22:57 – 00:23:11] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] is one of the solutions, right, that's being worked on. And what's crazy is I think it's actually going to happen quick because what's going on now, and they brought this up in this panel, Well, it's a [00:23:11 – 00:23:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] little scary. And that's like, think about going to court, right? [00:23:16 – 00:23:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Like, think about testifying when it comes to legal issues and how information can be fabricated and how photos can be created so realistically that now [00:23:31 – 00:23:41] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] what's happening is that we're going into a future where you're going to have to authenticate that your evidence is actually your evidence. [00:23:41 – 00:23:48] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] real and not created by AI and that's like a serious problem right now so [00:23:50 – 00:24:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] because of regulations and what's going to be necessary in that side of things like the real real real world I think we're gonna see solutions sooner than later and [00:24:04 – 00:24:09] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] so it's just a matter of how we can use them as artists to actually document that. [00:24:13 – 00:24:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And I got to meet Brando [00:24:16 – 00:24:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] in person, which was crazy. [00:24:20 – 00:24:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] What up, dude? I can picture your face. I can see you in my mind's eye now. [00:24:26 – 00:24:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You were always just a big, blue, [00:24:30 – 00:24:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] muscly, [00:24:32 – 00:24:34] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] toothy, freaking [00:24:36 – 00:24:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] crypto fuck. [00:24:38 – 00:24:45] Overlapping speakers [overlap] yes that's right and now you're brando with my mind did you did you say crypto fuck oh yeah i did [00:24:45 – 00:25:00] @BCrypto711 [metadata] say cluster fuck right you know it was so fun meeting people from x that we've been you know hanging with for a past couple years and uh you [00:25:00 – 00:25:14] @BCrypto711 [metadata] know i when i went in i was just listening for the voices because I knew I would recognize them and um I didn't hear uh you know uh overlords uh voice yet but I [00:25:14 – 00:25:17] @BCrypto711 [metadata] saw him and I was like you know I that guy looks like an overlord [00:25:19 – 00:25:25] @BCrypto711 [metadata] so I was like I know who this is so I went over and started talking to the table and [00:25:25 – 00:25:40] Overlapping speakers [overlap] he was like wait a minute I think I know you yeah you reversed it on me you came over and just started talking next to me and I was like I started I heard it and I was like wait it was surreal I turn around like oh my god [00:25:40 – 00:25:48] Overlapping speakers [overlap] it was okay so you you uh Heather Randy AI um and [00:25:50 – 00:25:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I probably Morgan you three were like the most significant voices like to a T I was like oh my [00:25:58 – 00:26:13] @BCrypto711 [metadata] gosh i know who you are just hearing you yeah oh yeah um you know what's funny when i first walked in this guy was taking um he was like scanning the tickets and [00:26:13 – 00:26:14] @BCrypto711 [metadata] as soon as he said oh hey you [00:26:14 – 00:26:27] Overlapping speakers [overlap] got ticket and i was like elliot what's up man nice nice nice yeah that was awesome [00:26:29 – 00:26:33] Overlapping speakers [overlap] He did. He came through and helped us check everybody in. That was fantastic. [00:26:33 – 00:26:37] @BCrypto711 [metadata] He was supposed to be partying. They put you to work. But no, he was cool. He was a cool dude. [00:26:38 – 00:26:39] @BCrypto711 [metadata] It was cool meeting everybody. [00:26:41 – 00:26:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, yeah. Super cool chatting with you. I can say Elliot's a real one for sure. [00:26:47 – 00:26:54] Overlapping speakers [overlap] He's cool. He's got a great mindset, too. He's just like all vibes, like very optimistic, legit dude. [00:26:55 – 00:27:01] Overlapping speakers [overlap] He wasn't even bummed at all about working the door. As a matter of fact, he like put a total spin the other way on it. [00:27:01 – 00:27:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] It was like, I was stoked to work on the door. Like this was one of my first Web3 events. [00:27:07 – 00:27:14] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And I just got to have face -to -face time with like the founder of NYC or of NFT NYC and like half the panelists. [00:27:15 – 00:27:20] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Like, everyone who came through to the party, like, he got to show face to and have direct interaction with. [00:27:20 – 00:27:27] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So he was like, actually, that was awesome. I feel honored that I just got to, like, you know, be a part of everybody's interaction. [00:27:27 – 00:27:28] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So that was cool. [00:27:29 – 00:27:34] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Yeah, he made this, he's got this, like, B -Wax Balm company. [00:27:34 – 00:27:38] @BCrypto711 [metadata] He gave me a sample of his balm, and that was pretty cool. [00:27:39 – 00:27:42] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, that was sweet. He handmade some salve. [00:27:43 – 00:27:49] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Yeah, salve, that's what it is. Did I tell you about my run in with the founder of NYC NFT? [00:27:52 – 00:27:54] Overlapping speakers [overlap] No. Judy, how'd that go? [00:27:56 – 00:28:03] @BCrypto711 [metadata] It was so this guy walks by. He's like going to leave, I guess. [00:28:03 – 00:28:08] @BCrypto711 [metadata] He's walking out the door. And I see he's wearing a poisonous pinups T -shirt. [00:28:10 – 00:28:24] @BCrypto711 [metadata] And I'm like, oh, shit. Poisonous pinups. that I fucking it's me brando what's going on man and he's looking at me like he doesn't know what the fuck i'm talking about but he's wearing a poisonous pinup shirt and i'm pointing to [00:28:24 – 00:28:39] @BCrypto711 [metadata] his shirt i'm saying he's and he's just smiling and shaking his head like ah ha ha okay and walks away from me and then i go like i'm chasing after him i grab his arm like yo poisonous pinups and he looks at me he just fucking rips his [00:28:39 – 00:28:47] @BCrypto711 [metadata] arm off away from my hand and keeps walking like what the fuck And then Barbie comes over and she's like, that was the founder of NYC NFT. [00:28:47 – 00:28:58] @BCrypto711 [metadata] I was like, oh, and then like later on, I actually saw the fucking, you know, Jeff from Poison's Pit Ups. [00:28:58 – 00:29:03] @BCrypto711 [metadata] And I told him the story and he was like, oh, yeah, he was just like came in. [00:29:03 – 00:29:10] @BCrypto711 [metadata] I just gave him a shirt. He just put it on. He probably didn't even know what it was. He's just like, you know, going along with it and putting the shirt on. [00:29:11 – 00:29:13] @BCrypto711 [metadata] And it was so funny. [00:29:14 – 00:29:15] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And little did he know. [00:29:16 – 00:29:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Little did he know. [00:29:19 – 00:29:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, right. [00:29:20 – 00:29:20] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, that's wild. [00:29:20 – 00:29:24] @BCrypto711 [metadata] He didn't even know he was talking to the Seafalk dev. I mean, how... [00:29:24 – 00:29:25] Overlapping speakers [overlap] He had no clue. [00:29:26 – 00:29:26] Overlapping speakers [overlap] He had no idea. [00:29:26 – 00:29:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Nope. No idea. No idea. [00:29:30 – 00:29:31] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah. I mean, you know. [00:29:31 – 00:29:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] That's wild. Also, how did I make it this far without following poisonous pinups? [00:29:38 – 00:29:44] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Or knowing too much about them? I don't know. I don't know. That's on y 'all. [00:29:44 – 00:29:47] Overlapping speakers [overlap] How come you aren't working for your bags enough? I should have known. [00:29:49 – 00:29:53] Overlapping speakers [overlap] But the founder is cool. He's a cool dude. We got to chat for a minute. [00:29:55 – 00:29:59] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, I need to play some catch -up and go get myself some pin -ups. [00:30:01 – 00:30:03] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, I got a bunch. [00:30:07 – 00:30:07] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Nice. [00:30:09 – 00:30:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, those Hedera guys were pretty cool. [00:30:13 – 00:30:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] did you hang with them at all i did not [00:30:20 – 00:30:33] @BCrypto711 [metadata] yeah it's wild there was a group of guys there from hedera i guess there were that helix group guys like they were one of the sponsors i think okay cool um [00:30:34 – 00:30:38] Overlapping speakers [overlap] i heard i heard about them i know that penguin talked to them [00:30:42 – 00:30:44] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] uh -oh i don't know if i'm rugging or you are [00:30:46 – 00:30:49] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] brendo you are rugging a bit try to make a round [00:30:53 – 00:30:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] i think the oracle has spoken [00:30:58 – 00:30:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] oh [00:31:02 – 00:31:15] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] yeah that's that's the sound that an oracle makes uh just in case anybody is wondering so I have seen a lot of posts on Twitter people saying that the Honeybee launch party was [00:31:16 – 00:31:21] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] the event and I saw all of you in there having fun [00:31:23 – 00:31:32] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] is there someone who really surprised you that like you thought that they're gonna be looking one way but they looked like completely different without revealing too much obviously because [00:31:33 – 00:31:43] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I'm gonna go with the low hanging fruit here and say Brando because he's not a seven foot tall giant muscly beast. [00:31:44 – 00:31:45] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And he's not blue. [00:31:48 – 00:31:57] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Oh no. Now you spoiled the image for me and in my mind Brando is seven foot giant blue beast. [00:31:57 – 00:31:59] Overlapping speakers [overlap] How did you call him? Crypto fuck. [00:32:00 – 00:32:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Giant blue crypto fuck. [00:32:05 – 00:32:13] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] for real though uh let's see um but morgan told me actually because brenda was mentioning it [00:32:13 – 00:32:27] Overlapping speakers [overlap] earlier that he was recognizing people by voices and morgan told me that she was just walking through and people would be like oh morgan like without literally needing any introduction uh just by her voice like yeah i heard you it's [00:32:27 – 00:32:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] you it's yeah yeah her laugh gives it away [00:32:30 – 00:32:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] instantly too [00:32:33 – 00:32:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] can you hear me now yep you're back yes okay [00:32:40 – 00:32:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] um so uh what was the wait so who looked different or whatever yeah who [00:32:46 – 00:32:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] surprised you like that you imagine them one way and then you were like oh i i would never have a guest by your voice that you know you are this or you are that but don't reveal obviously too much about them in case they are not doxed visually [00:32:59 – 00:33:00] Overlapping speakers [overlap] yeah [00:33:01 – 00:33:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I don't know I mean I don't know that I was all that surprised um [00:33:09 – 00:33:13] @BCrypto711 [metadata] no I don't know it's hard to say I don't know I don't know what about you uh overlord [00:33:14 – 00:33:28] Overlapping speakers [overlap] well I was jokingly saying that you're not a seven foot tall blue monster so um you were the most surprised but everybody's everybody's just super genuine and sweet and I think at this point Most people are doxxed [00:33:28 – 00:33:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] anyway. [00:33:30 – 00:33:32] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Wait, there's a picture of me somewhere? I didn't see it. [00:33:33 – 00:33:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] No, I don't know if there is or not. [00:33:36 – 00:33:38] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Oh, but Veronica saw me. Where did you see the picture? [00:33:38 – 00:33:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] No, I didn't. I just take Sean's word for it that you are not a seven -foot blue giant muscly. [00:33:46 – 00:33:53] @BCrypto711 [metadata] The thing is that I'm not a tall guy, so people think I'm this big, muscular guy. [00:33:54 – 00:34:02] @BCrypto711 [metadata] But I'm in pretty good shape. But you know what it's like? It's like it wouldn't be fair if I was tall because I'm so like, you know, good looking, funny, smart personality. [00:34:02 – 00:34:05] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Can you imagine if I was fucking tall too? [00:34:06 – 00:34:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You're just global domination, you know. Too much power for one man. [00:34:12 – 00:34:16] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You would have to travel the world and spread the genome. It wouldn't be fair. [00:34:17 – 00:34:20] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Poor men, the rest of them. [00:34:23 – 00:34:28] @BCrypto711 [metadata] That's cool. That's cool. Barbie was cool. I met Barbie in Miami a few months ago. [00:34:28 – 00:34:29] @BCrypto711 [metadata] It was good to see her again. [00:34:30 – 00:34:33] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Everybody's cool. Everybody was fun. Yeah. [00:34:35 – 00:34:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, definitely. [00:34:39 – 00:34:45] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, and freaking hopefully Elliot pops up so we can rap with him a little bit too. [00:34:45 – 00:34:52] Overlapping speakers [overlap] But he won the poker game! What? I think it was like five sold or something was the prize. [00:34:53 – 00:34:55] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah. Hey, strangers. I missed you [00:34:56 – 00:34:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh my gosh! [00:34:59 – 00:35:03] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I miss y 'all too! Where are you right now? Did you leave already? [00:35:03 – 00:35:09] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, I left yesterday. I had a... Well, I thought I had a court hearing this morning, but it's next week, so... [00:35:12 – 00:35:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, these events will do that to you. Spit you out the other side. [00:35:17 – 00:35:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You're like, gotta recalibrate. [00:35:20 – 00:35:26] Overlapping speakers [overlap] It's weird that it's a Friday right now, because now I'm all messed up. I feel like today's Monday, and that's not fun. [00:35:27 – 00:35:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] No, it's great. One day work week. [00:35:30 – 00:35:31] Overlapping speakers [overlap] It was like a weekend. [00:35:31 – 00:35:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, that's better Monday, actually. Yeah, I guess that's true. [00:35:34 – 00:35:38] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You get to go from Monday morning to Friday night all in one day. Hell yeah. [00:35:38 – 00:35:39] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, that's right. [00:35:43 – 00:35:47] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Boy, that was fun. That was really fun. Definitely in real life, things are really awesome. [00:35:47 – 00:35:52] Overlapping speakers [overlap] It was really great to meet all of you. It was like we were friends. It was natural. It was cool. [00:35:52 – 00:35:53] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Well, because we are all friends. [00:35:55 – 00:36:02] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Well, yeah. And then, like, it wasn't, like, at first I was nervous, but, you know, it was just, like, you know, just hearing it was the same. [00:36:02 – 00:36:07] Overlapping speakers [overlap] It's, you know. So it was really fun. It was really neat. And good night. Finally met you, Brando, too. [00:36:08 – 00:36:09] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And, yeah, it was great. [00:36:11 – 00:36:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] How cool is it that a group of people got connected through X and Spaces and became tight friends? [00:36:20 – 00:36:31] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And then through the most elite after party side event of the entire NFT NYC, like not even making it up y 'all. [00:36:31 – 00:36:40] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Like they did so good. I heard from multiple people that they're like, I've been to so many web three events and this is the best after party that I've ever been to. [00:36:41 – 00:36:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Like it was just perfectly curated. It wasn't too big. It wasn't too small. [00:36:46 – 00:37:01] Overlapping speakers [overlap] There was enough. There was food until the end for everybody, like not just little snacks and hors d 'oeuvres, but like load your plate up, like delicious pasta and meatballs and focaccia bread and cannolis and open bar, [00:37:02 – 00:37:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] which actually I have to figure out. I think I have to check a bag because I've got a Bored Ape bottle of vodka that was left over that I was gifted. [00:37:11 – 00:37:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So that's pretty sick. I have to get it home now. [00:37:16 – 00:37:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And you finally got the house t -shirt as well. [00:37:19 – 00:37:24] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I did. Oh, my God. I wore it yesterday. I actually got it. [00:37:24 – 00:37:28] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And you know what else I have? An LFGO Legends shirt. [00:37:29 – 00:37:36] Overlapping speakers [overlap] What up? And, yeah. Now I get to rub that in Penguin's face that Kamal gave me swag before. [00:37:36 – 00:37:39] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And yours. And yours. Yes. [00:37:39 – 00:37:43] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Because I am doing the NFTs and I don't have that t -shirt. [00:37:43 – 00:37:43] Overlapping speakers [overlap] No. [00:37:44 – 00:37:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Now the tables have turned. Is that the right expression? Yes. [00:37:49 – 00:37:51] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Sure. Now I am going to be jelly jelly. [00:37:51 – 00:37:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yep. Now I'm loaded up. I'm good to go. I got my penguin shirt. I got my legends shirt. [00:37:58 – 00:37:59] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I got my howty. [00:38:02 – 00:38:03] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yo, good morning. [00:38:03 – 00:38:05] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yo, what's up, Tyler? Good morning. [00:38:06 – 00:38:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So I was late doing some work. I'm so jealous of you guys. [00:38:12 – 00:38:16] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Tyler, I can't believe you missed the party, man. You missed out so bad. [00:38:16 – 00:38:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, my gosh. Yep. Oh, geez. [00:38:20 – 00:38:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Definitely missed you, man. Definitely missed you. There's a few people that would, like, really have just, like, tied in so, so perfectly into all of this. [00:38:30 – 00:38:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You would have been on one, dude. We would have been freaking out. Like, yeah. [00:38:34 – 00:38:35] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah. [00:38:35 – 00:38:42] Overlapping speakers [overlap] This was literally the worst, like, week for me to be able to go up there. [00:38:43 – 00:38:53] Overlapping speakers [overlap] it was like a couple things happened I'm like I can probably still swing going up there and then a couple more things happened and then it was just a pile of shit this week [00:38:55 – 00:39:04] Overlapping speakers [overlap] so that sucks man it sounds like everybody had fun all my favorite people were there it sounds like yeah good to hear it was fun [00:39:04 – 00:39:08] Overlapping speakers [overlap] well we're going to have to do it again I mean the IRR events are [00:39:11 – 00:39:23] Overlapping speakers [overlap] seriously awesome year maybe Art Basel or something being closer to you will be one of the next next destinations we all have to meet up at yeah it's really not like a distance [00:39:23 – 00:39:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] issue like I'll go anywhere it was just like the timing of like it just sucked [00:39:30 – 00:39:44] Overlapping speakers [overlap] yeah yeah totally understandable that's how it goes even now I'm still gonna go I'm gonna go back home later this evening and then immediately have FOMO because Kamal and Pangwine are going to be chilling [00:39:44 – 00:39:50] Overlapping speakers [overlap] on one of the Lake Michigan shores, probably napping on the beach. [00:39:50 – 00:39:54] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And they're like, you have to come. You have to come hang out for a couple days with us. [00:39:54 – 00:40:02] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And I'm like, I have to go back home to my dogs and chickens and, you know, like life. [00:40:03 – 00:40:07] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I'm like, I'm actually on the work schedule, you know, for fiat mining the next two days. [00:40:08 – 00:40:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I don't know if I can just immediately leave again, although I want to be in bed. [00:40:13 – 00:40:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Where are they staying? Because Bob is over in Grand Haven area. [00:40:19 – 00:40:25] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, yeah. I'm not going to dox his location, but his beach house here in Michigan. [00:40:26 – 00:40:32] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Is it? Okay. I might reach out to find out if it's anywhere near that area. [00:40:32 – 00:40:32] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, totally. [00:40:33 – 00:40:35] Overlapping speakers [overlap] They have beaches in Michigan? [00:40:36 – 00:40:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah. What's that? Yeah, dude. [00:40:39 – 00:40:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Great Lakes. We got dunes. Oh, but this is a lake that you can't see the other side of. [00:40:49 – 00:40:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] That makes waves. [00:40:51 – 00:40:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] There's literally like 30, 40, 50 foot sand dunes on one side of Michigan. [00:41:00 – 00:41:00] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Wow. [00:41:02 – 00:41:04] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, I know. It's crazy. [00:41:05 – 00:41:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] That's crazy. [00:41:07 – 00:41:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] It's like being at a little mini ocean with no salt in it. It's wild. [00:41:13 – 00:41:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And yeah. [00:41:14 – 00:41:16] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I had some penguin. I drank penguin. [00:41:17 – 00:41:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] True. We did all drink some penguin. [00:41:20 – 00:41:28] @BCrypto711 [metadata] That was good. He gave me another bottle, too. I have the only something Malbec bottle left in the world. [00:41:28 – 00:41:33] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Whoa. I bet. I mean, all of his wine is like a rare. [00:41:33 – 00:41:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Looks rare. [00:41:35 – 00:41:36] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Is rare. [00:41:37 – 00:41:39] Overlapping speakers [overlap] because they're not being made anymore. [00:41:39 – 00:41:46] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Well, that's what it's all about with wines. It's all about the bottle, right? Because when you go into the liquor store picking out a bottle of wine, there's a million of them. [00:41:47 – 00:41:52] @BCrypto711 [metadata] I mean, I don't know about you guys. I go with, I know what kind of wine I want, but then I just go with the coolest looking bottle. [00:41:52 – 00:41:52] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Nice. [00:41:55 – 00:41:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You know? And his are very cool. [00:42:00 – 00:42:05] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, we lost you again, Brando. But I agree. His designs are cool. Oh, you're back. [00:42:05 – 00:42:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You're back now. But yeah, I think you got one of the 2010 bottles of wine, which is crazy. [00:42:11 – 00:42:12] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Like 16 years ago. [00:42:12 – 00:42:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Malbec, right? [00:42:14 – 00:42:24] @BCrypto711 [metadata] The Malbec. Yeah, I think it's like some type of grape. It's like one of the only Malbecs made with a certain type of grape from somewhere. [00:42:29 – 00:42:34] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Nice. I'm sure, yeah, we'll get him back to tell us more about it for sure. [00:42:35 – 00:42:36] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Hello? Hello? Hello? [00:42:36 – 00:42:43] Overlapping speakers [overlap] We can hear you and then it's like when you walk away and then you come back and then you walk away. [00:42:44 – 00:42:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I'm just driving. I'll take a lap. [00:42:46 – 00:42:48] Overlapping speakers [overlap] No, no, no. He can hear you. [00:42:49 – 00:42:50] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I don't know if he can hear us. [00:42:51 – 00:42:56] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] No, penguin wine are going to be super limited because they are not in production anymore. [00:42:56 – 00:43:04] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] So whatever anyone's got, that's it. I would have loved to have 2010 because that's the birth year of my son. [00:43:04 – 00:43:10] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] So then I would be really conflicted. Am I going to open it and try it? Or am I, and just keep the empty bottle like a psycho? [00:43:11 – 00:43:15] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Or am I going to store it and never taste it? That's a big decision to me. [00:43:15 – 00:43:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Right. [00:43:16 – 00:43:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Right. Well, I was justifying them being drank. Because Penguin acknowledged that they're drinking very well right now. [00:43:27 – 00:43:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] You know, like this Bored Ape vodka I got right here. I don't know if I'll ever open it. [00:43:32 – 00:43:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but I feel like vodka could sit on the shelf for like the next 20 years and then I could still drink it. [00:43:38 – 00:43:45] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh yeah, vodka can drink for longer. It's just going to get stronger and the alcohol content is going to get higher. [00:43:45 – 00:43:47] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But apart from that, yeah, you can drink it in 50 years. [00:43:48 – 00:43:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Well, there we go. So no rush there. But yeah, the wine, you kind of want to open it and drink it when it's prime. [00:43:56 – 00:44:00] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And apparently it's prime time. [00:44:01 – 00:44:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Hey, you mind if I do a little shill of something really quick? Not at all, please. [00:44:07 – 00:44:18] @CFConSolana [metadata] We've been building our Tickle Fights on Tuesday. So if you guys want to, bring your projects by SoulSpin Sunday and get registered for the Tickle Fights on Tuesday. [00:44:19 – 00:44:25] @CFConSolana [metadata] It's four weeks in a row now that we've gotten incrementally larger pots. [00:44:25 – 00:44:31] @CFConSolana [metadata] And Toes won the Tickle Fight this last Tuesday. We put $350 on our chart. [00:44:31 – 00:44:32] @CFConSolana [metadata] so [00:44:35 – 00:44:40] @CFConSolana [metadata] it's getting pretty big so you know you show up on Soul Spin Sunday and get your [00:44:42 – 00:44:45] @CFConSolana [metadata] project set up and signed up for the Tickle Fights on Tuesday [00:44:47 – 00:44:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] be good to see Heather there so Tickle [00:44:51 – 00:44:53] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Tickle Tuesdays huh? Tickle Tuesday? [00:44:53 – 00:44:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] oh you haven't seen the Tickle Fights yet? [00:44:55 – 00:44:58] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and Two Wheel Tuesdays? Two Wheel Tickle Tuesday? [00:44:59 – 00:45:01] Overlapping speakers [overlap] it's not Two Wheel Tuesday anymore Tickle Fight Tuesday. [00:45:03 – 00:45:09] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Ah, okay. All right. Yeah. Have you watched the documentary called Tickled? [00:45:10 – 00:45:13] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] No, I haven't. It's very creepy. You should watch it. [00:45:14 – 00:45:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You need to tell us now what is it about. Is it like naughty or is it like spooky? [00:45:20 – 00:45:21] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Both. [00:45:23 – 00:45:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] How do I say it without spoiler alerts? Let's see. I watched it in like one of those independent theaters that shows random documentaries and old films where you go in and buy a pitcher of beer and some popcorn and sit on like a [00:45:37 – 00:45:44] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] vintage couch that was probably thrifted. And there's like 40 of them in a giant room and they play films. [00:45:46 – 00:45:49] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And so I saw it when it came out. [00:45:50 – 00:46:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And essentially what happens is there's like a niche reporter who likes to do interesting storylines and learned of this competitive tickling. [00:46:06 – 00:46:10] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And wanted to go interview somebody to write a piece on it. [00:46:10 – 00:46:18] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And then goes to where, finds out where one of these events are happening. And goes and gets turned away at the door. [00:46:19 – 00:46:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And like get some weird shady info. And all it did was just like intrigue this reporter even more. [00:46:27 – 00:46:36] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And they're like, well, now I have to fucking know what's going on. And the documentary is them unraveling this competitive tickling. [00:46:37 – 00:46:43] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And how it unravels is why it's such a good documentary. [00:46:44 – 00:46:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And I can't give it away, but it's creepy. [00:46:47 – 00:46:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Just tell us. I'm not watching it. Just tell us. [00:46:50 – 00:46:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] oh my god i need group consensus here if i'm gonna spoil alert okay if anyone doesn't want to know [00:46:58 – 00:47:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] then uh do a thumbs down emoji now um i'm still thinking i might just leave my phone in the kitchen and go in the living room because uh um i'll forget i don't want to tell yeah tell us do [00:47:13 – 00:47:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] tell [00:47:13 – 00:47:27] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] us nobody all right all right so basically okay fuck it let's run it so basically dude's like this is weird he ends up like getting more access to it and it's literally like college [00:47:28 – 00:47:42] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] wrestling team boys that are mostly being targeted and they like are trained on what this is and naive enough to believe that it's like a legit competitive environment where they're like giving [00:47:42 – 00:47:56] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] trophies and money and blah blah blah but essentially they just have like some dudes hold down another dude and tickle him and like whoever can last the longest wins and it's weird [00:47:57 – 00:48:11] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and then the dude looks into the company and he looks into the employees and he tries writing for interviews and gets shut down then he gets like threatened even but looks into it and realize they're all just like not even legit threats it's like you can't even [00:48:11 – 00:48:25] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] find the shell company um there were multiple accounts and employees involved and it all ended up being one sick minded fuck behind it all with a shitload of money who just wanted to get off to fucking young boys [00:48:25 – 00:48:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] tickling each other and created an entire fake ring and multiple accounts and businesses and was like operating it remotely um just to gather all this footage that's weird that's [00:48:39 – 00:48:41] Overlapping speakers [overlap] weird right that's [00:48:41 – 00:48:50] @BCrypto711 [metadata] what fucking people do when they get a bunch of money they get they do so much shit they can't think of anything else that uh is exciting and they gotta go and do some weird ass shit with [00:48:50 – 00:49:01] Overlapping speakers [overlap] that money oh my god yeah yeah so basically it's a documentary about that it's still worth watching it's kind of creepy because it's real I would win [00:49:01 – 00:49:02] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I would have tickled [00:49:04 – 00:49:09] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Brandon's like sign me up bro I'll take the pot I mean some kids walked away with some [00:49:10 – 00:49:14] Overlapping speakers [overlap] yeah enough money to put them through college but [00:49:16 – 00:49:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] at what price so weird [00:49:20 – 00:49:26] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Sean how did you feel watching it in that particular cinema because you described it like dark [00:49:26 – 00:49:42] Overlapping speakers [overlap] vintage sofas these couches have seen a lot yeah yeah no they uh it gave us you know it gave the crew of us that went a lot to talk about for a while i can say that was it like don't sit so close to me oh [00:49:42 – 00:49:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] no not at all it wasn't like that okay so uh talking about tickling who is very [00:49:49 – 00:50:03] Overlapping speakers [overlap] ticklish and who is not ticklish at all i am only ticklish like in the side of the ribs and that's not even ticklish literally just a single touch and I can't deal with it but like everything else I'm fine like I'm not ticklish I could and I would win but [00:50:03 – 00:50:05] Overlapping speakers [overlap] like underarms like rips oh my god [00:50:06 – 00:50:14] @BCrypto711 [metadata] what about you guys I'm like not ticklish at all I'm super ticklish [00:50:18 – 00:50:27] Overlapping speakers [overlap] like like super ticklish like I like sometimes like I'm so ticklish that sometimes like even when my wife gives me a hug and she gets close to my neck. [00:50:27 – 00:50:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I just like have to like [00:50:31 – 00:50:32] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I almost like [00:50:32 – 00:50:33] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I was literally going to guess you. [00:50:34 – 00:50:36] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I was going to say Tyler's the most ticklish. [00:50:39 – 00:50:42] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And I don't even know why. But that's awesome. [00:50:45 – 00:50:47] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I may have a You just think about it and you tickle. [00:50:51 – 00:50:51] Overlapping speakers [overlap] What's that? [00:50:52 – 00:50:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So you just think about someone tickling you and it's already tickly. You don't even need motion. [00:50:57 – 00:50:58] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Yeah. [00:51:00 – 00:51:01] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yep, yep, yep. [00:51:04 – 00:51:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I may have a few spots, but I'm generally not so ticklish. It's also some mind over matter right there. [00:51:11 – 00:51:12] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Just compartmentalize it. [00:51:13 – 00:51:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Nope. [00:51:15 – 00:51:19] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Mind over matter, that would have to be put to a test. Let's see how strong your mind is. [00:51:20 – 00:51:21] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Alright, well, [00:51:21 – 00:51:26] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Next crypto -IRL event. Apparently, we're having our own tickle tournament. [00:51:26 – 00:51:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Everyone come to the feather. We are going to tickle the crypto -valor. [00:51:31 – 00:51:37] @BCrypto711 [metadata] When I was little, my cousin was so ticklish that he would pee in his pants when you tickled him. [00:51:38 – 00:51:43] @BCrypto711 [metadata] And I used to hold him down. I was a couple years older than I used to. [00:51:43 – 00:51:45] @BCrypto711 [metadata] I'd hold him down and tickle him until he'd pee in his pants. [00:51:47 – 00:51:47] @BCrypto711 [metadata] No. [00:51:49 – 00:51:50] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, that was good. [00:51:51 – 00:51:52] Overlapping speakers [overlap] jeez [00:51:53 – 00:52:01] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Brando every time you share with us stories from your childhood or teenage years you have been quite dominant huh [00:52:05 – 00:52:07] @BCrypto711 [metadata] well I have a [00:52:10 – 00:52:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] that's what he's gonna do [00:52:12 – 00:52:15] Overlapping speakers [overlap] that's actually one of the hidden that's one of the IRL [00:52:16 – 00:52:23] Overlapping speakers [overlap] utilities of clusterfuck is that if you screw up the bubbles on your chart brando's gonna tickle you till you pee [00:52:31 – 00:52:45] Overlapping speakers [overlap] oh geez oh what's up sir nasty thanks for rolling through i showed some legends in the space some samples of the nfts that i'm near finishing for the sir nasty project [00:52:45 – 00:52:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] and people were stoked [00:52:48 – 00:53:02] Overlapping speakers [overlap] y 'all know doc right you guys know doc yeah so he was there we met in person too and uh he was like wow it's so fucking sick like now that i know y 'all are real people like want to support [00:53:02 – 00:53:16] Overlapping speakers [overlap] and this and that blah blah blah but i was talking to him about sir nasty and the dow and some of the lore and proposals and things that are going to be coming out along with the collection and uh he was just like fuck yeah that sounds so sick and everybody likes [00:53:16 – 00:53:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] the art which is flattering um and yeah i'm really excited about it it was fun to be able to talk about hiya's unicorn and what i've been working on and what i'm currently working on and then also tease what's in the pipeline uh very [00:53:30 – 00:53:45] Overlapping speakers [overlap] cool so super stoked to yeah be bringing that forward more soon i'm just i'm so inspired by like all the art now i just want to mint everything i'm feeling fired up and it's awesome [00:53:48 – 00:54:02] Overlapping speakers [overlap] hey guys um i have to actually have to unfortunately head out of the howie space early today i gotta go uh jump into the derpy dave space because uh we're in a [00:54:02 – 00:54:08] Overlapping speakers [overlap] fight with them right now um so i gotta go talk some shit um [00:54:08 – 00:54:15] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Cool. No worries at all. And thanks for rolling through. I actually have to check out of, I'm in my hotel room in New York still right now. [00:54:16 – 00:54:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] My checkout's in an hour. So I didn't really like preface it, but we are going to have a shorter space today anyway, because probably in about 20, 30 minutes, unless Veronica wants to hang out, I can try to keep the phone going for a little bit, but I'm [00:54:30 – 00:54:41] Overlapping speakers [overlap] going to have to figure out how to pack up the extra crypto swag into my bag that was already bursting at the seams and uh and get my ass out of this [00:54:41 – 00:54:56] Overlapping speakers [overlap] hotel room you know flowers to you for the dedication same as thank wine sorry um when you are just about to check out out of a hotel yet you are hosting a space like [00:54:56 – 00:55:07] Overlapping speakers [overlap] i'm not really a bag of nerves but when i'm about to check out of the hotel i'm like do i have all the chargers and did I not forget the toothbrush in there and like checking everything. [00:55:07 – 00:55:13] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Did I not forget the passports? Where are the passports? And I would definitely not be like chilling in a space. [00:55:13 – 00:55:16] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So yeah, flowers. [00:55:17 – 00:55:25] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Well, thank you. Thank you. I will admit though, so I woke up somehow, even though I was up late, out with Kamal and Penguin, of course, [00:55:27 – 00:55:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] getting sandwiches and drinking some beers. [00:55:31 – 00:55:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And so I woke up this morning because I had the window open. And I like the natural lighting, right? [00:55:37 – 00:55:42] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I also didn't want to oversleep. But I rolled over and I saw how bright it was in the room. [00:55:43 – 00:55:52] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And I was like, yo, bro, you fucked up. Like, it's going to be noon. You're going to have to get out of this bed instantly and throw all your shit in a bag and bounce. [00:55:53 – 00:55:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You slept through the space. Everything's fucked. Let's let it go and move on. [00:55:58 – 00:56:03] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Okay, here we go. And then I looked at my phone, it was like 8 a.m. And I was like, yes! [00:56:05 – 00:56:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I didn't fuck it up! And then I went and got coffee and a bagel and came back. [00:56:10 – 00:56:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And yeah, so it was awesome because I like, kind of like how Randy gets to jump from Monday morning to Friday. [00:56:17 – 00:56:23] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I like woke up thinking that I missed everything. And then realized, oh, oh, actually I didn't. [00:56:23 – 00:56:24] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I got like a restart. [00:56:26 – 00:56:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] There you go. All right, guys, I just got to work. I got to bounce too. [00:56:31 – 00:56:33] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Right on. Right on. [00:56:34 – 00:56:35] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Good talking to you. Good meeting you. [00:56:36 – 00:56:42] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, absolutely. And thanks for coming through the space today too to say hi. Next Friday is going to be nuts. [00:56:42 – 00:56:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] We'll have everybody back on and have had a little bit of time to decompress. [00:56:47 – 00:56:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And we'll get some more stuff in the Jumbotron. And yeah. [00:56:51 – 00:56:53] @BCrypto711 [metadata] Sounds good. All right, guys. See ya. [00:56:54 – 00:56:54] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Take care, Brando. [00:56:56 – 00:56:56] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Ciao, ciao. [00:56:58 – 00:57:12] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Right. Sean, now you have the duty and responsibility of telling us and me about something interesting that you heard at NFT NYC in any of [00:57:12 – 00:57:18] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] the other talks from any of the other speakers, something that caught your mind that we should know that that was interesting. [00:57:18 – 00:57:20] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Yeah. So that educate us. [00:57:22 – 00:57:28] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Hmm. Well, I brought up the lawyers that were talking about monitoring AI. [00:57:28 – 00:57:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and the output. I think that was one of the most significant things. [00:57:34 – 00:57:40] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Because there's, yeah, there's the technology, right, of what they were talking about. And I've got their card, I followed their accounts. [00:57:41 – 00:57:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Let's see here. Let me at least shout this out real quick. Triantha, T -R -I -A -N -T -H -A, is in open beta testing right now, if anybody wants to start integrating and tracking the AI [00:57:55 – 00:58:07] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] workflows, which is cool. But what I saw and why it inspired me more than I would have expected from like a legal type of talk, right, is that [00:58:09 – 00:58:11] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] that's how serious NFTs are. [00:58:14 – 00:58:28] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] That it's being shown as a proven case for authenticating and verifying even things that might be used in court evidence right so pretty crazy cool to see [00:58:28 – 00:58:42] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] that this little token standard that allows us to have non -fungible tokens which I think is like one of the best use cases of blockchain period especially when you think about it [00:58:42 – 00:58:47] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] tying into insurance or real estate, licenses, all sorts of stuff. [00:58:50 – 00:59:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And it being brought up as, you know, proof of authorship and credibility for things like court case evidence is just something that I never really thought about, you know, as [00:59:04 – 00:59:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] AI is expanding the concepts of blockchain and what they can prove taking realms that I wasn't even thinking about. [00:59:14 – 00:59:18] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] You know, I'm thinking, ooh, it can preserve a picture and everyone will know that I made it. [00:59:19 – 00:59:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But it's getting so much bigger than that. And NFTs are like integrating into the world and even more so now with AI's expanse. [00:59:31 – 00:59:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So that one really hit me hard. I can say that there was some really cool, fun artists. [00:59:37 – 00:59:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] There was a woman there that was just basically spent 10 minutes talking about the lore of her collection, which was wild. [00:59:47 – 00:59:51] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It's like dystopian Christian sci -fi. [00:59:52 – 00:59:57] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] That was wild. That was a fun talk. So a lot of cute, inspiring things that happened there as well. [00:59:58 – 01:00:10] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But the concepts of this legal realm and blockchain being like, not just like suggested, you know, oh, this is a solution over here, but being like, no, this is the way. [01:00:14 – 01:00:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It's cool. Very cool. [01:00:16 – 01:00:24] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] You know, it's going to be really hard for the general population to keep up with it because AI is progressing so incredibly fast. [01:00:24 – 01:00:35] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Think about it a year ago or, I don't know, two years ago. If we generated something, we were counting the fingers and heads and legs and making sure that we are not producing mutants. [01:00:37 – 01:00:51] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] and now of course there are discrepancies and some things don't make sense logically and wouldn't function that way structurally but generally speaking the way how much AI has progressed in terms of art creation [01:00:51 – 01:01:00] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] but text, memory, problem solving, everything is way faster than we are actually learning to use it. [01:01:01 – 01:01:15] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And I think that because we are exposed to so much of these tools, it doesn't allow us enough time to think about it in terms of safety and [01:01:15 – 01:01:25] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] legality and all of this. Right. Remember when Grok started doing videos for all the holders and it turned really naughty very fast. [01:01:26 – 01:01:40] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I remember that was around the time when soul gods were minted and muses were making videos for like with muses with soul gods and I had to scrub so many of the videos because without it being prompted [01:01:40 – 01:01:46] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] to do so, a lot of private areas were very very exposed. [01:01:46 – 01:02:00] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'm not talking gently like tastefully exposed i am talking like proper full -on exposed um without me prompting it right and then they applied all the filters and now we are in the era that for instance you would [01:02:00 – 01:02:15] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] struggle to get my pfp to move because it's showing shoulders sexually explicit um so we're going from one extreme to another and i wonder how much because at the end of the day all ai has filters and everything [01:02:15 – 01:02:29] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] applied from the people who build it or who own it, right? And as we are experiencing censorship in different countries differently around the world, and freedom of speech is not necessarily freedom of speech as we [01:02:29 – 01:02:33] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] would like it to be, I think that we are going to experience the same in AI. [01:02:35 – 01:02:46] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I think that the only bonus thing is that the young generation who is coming up, for instance, my children, they are, I wouldn't say necessarily anti -AI, but they don't like AI. [01:02:46 – 01:02:50] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] So they are not using it unless they really have to. [01:02:52 – 01:03:06] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And that in a way, whilst I am a big fan of AI, that is a hope for me because our generation and people over 30 at least, they have done things the old school way. [01:03:06 – 01:03:10] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] They have read the books, done the research, da -da -da -da -da -da -da, right? The whole shtick. [01:03:11 – 01:03:25] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And then when we are doing research with AI, we are able to analyze in the back of our head subconsciously whether this seemed genuine or not or go and fact check it elsewhere ourselves and if the next [01:03:25 – 01:03:39] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] generation wouldn't have experienced this old school way of research and doing things then they would fully trust what they are being served which still is fine because we trust scientists that this and [01:03:39 – 01:03:46] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] that works that way without fully comprehending it, just because we trust that they are comprehending it and that it's peer -reviewed. [01:03:46 – 01:04:01] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But with AI being basically a little minion machine of some person who is in charge and who applies filter and can censor information, that's really scary [01:04:01 – 01:04:08] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] to me. I am a really big believer of freedom of speech with kindness. [01:04:08 – 01:04:18] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] We don't have to be free to talk really badly about something, but we should be free to have constructive criticism and have debates on all topics. [01:04:19 – 01:04:24] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And the fact that topics are being prevented is scary to me. [01:04:24 – 01:04:35] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And even with AI, I see it when I'm generating stuff. And I actually always make it a point, whatever collection I'm working on, to include, for instance, all skin types. [01:04:36 – 01:04:43] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Not all, obviously, because it's a zillion different colors among us people, but to represent, right? [01:04:43 – 01:04:52] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] To have at least like five shades in a collection so that it's, you know, that people can rock a PFP that represents if they feel like it. [01:04:53 – 01:05:00] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And, you know, like I found that GPT in particular is being a real, [01:05:02 – 01:05:06] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] like it's directed to continuously go into one default skin tone. [01:05:07 – 01:05:11] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And I have to fight it constantly to not do it. [01:05:12 – 01:05:18] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And it's very frustrating. And I don't really argue with GPT or with AI in general. [01:05:18 – 01:05:28] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But one day, probably it was like a bad day for me or something. And I literally had a debate with GPT about what it's doing, freedom of speech. [01:05:28 – 01:05:35] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I asked it to analyze all of my work. And literally, we were talking for like half a day. [01:05:36 – 01:05:41] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And it agreed with me. And once it agreed with me, like, but not the usual, I agree with you. [01:05:42 – 01:05:46] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But like the hidden, like, I secretly agree with you. And I was like, okay, that's enough. [01:05:46 – 01:05:51] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] You are talking with a machine. Move on, move on, drink some water, walk away, walk away. [01:05:52 – 01:06:06] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But yeah, it's, that's really scary to me that we, we are, you know, we can be manipulated with this as a society, particularly those people who just consume without overthinking or even [01:06:06 – 01:06:16] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] thinking who just consume, it's a very easy way how to direct people into certain direction and then we will be stuck and there will be no progress. [01:06:18 – 01:06:18] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But yeah, [01:06:20 – 01:06:24] Overlapping speakers [overlap] that's a, sorry that I just took it a long way. You should have stopped me like a cough. [01:06:24 – 01:06:27] Overlapping speakers [overlap] - No, no, I was enjoying it. I was enjoying it. [01:06:28 – 01:06:29] Overlapping speakers [overlap] - Like cough two times. [01:06:30 – 01:06:35] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] - I mean, there's a silver lining where it's also exposing motives, right? [01:06:35 – 01:06:45] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Like there's the ability to understand that people who are in control of information are actually in control of information. [01:06:47 – 01:06:50] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So that being opened up is probably good for the evolution of human society. [01:06:53 – 01:06:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It's interesting you brought up some of the like younger people and how they feel about AI. [01:06:59 – 01:07:03] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Because there's a lot of us that are just like, oh, how can it work and how can it help us and let's use it. [01:07:04 – 01:07:18] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and then there is there's literally like anti -ai emerging um there's a younger woman who's a barista at a cafe that i go to all the time and because i have stretched ears and [01:07:18 – 01:07:32] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] tattoos you know she's asked me about my ears because she wants to stretch hers and i've overheard her talking about like oh yeah i'm getting this tattoo next you know i'm like oh there's she's like a cool progressive like punk mentality, you know, youth. [01:07:32 – 01:07:42] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] All right, let's go. And then when I was chilling in the cafe, I overheard her talking to one of her coworkers about just straight up, like she's anti AI, like it's destroying the planet. [01:07:42 – 01:07:51] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Uh, it's not worth the input output or the resources and, um, won't use it and was making a case against AI. [01:07:51 – 01:07:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And I did not chime in. I just kind of absorbed it and was like, Whoa, like, yeah, that's a thing. [01:07:56 – 01:08:10] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And then it made me feel old. I'm like, oh no like i i want to be the rebellious i'm the rebellious punk i'm the one that stands up against this shit i'm the one that tells people in power to fuck off and uh [01:08:10 – 01:08:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] it was kind of interesting like i don't know i have i'm still like you know unpacking it in my mind but i was like i loved that she had a significant point to make um but i also felt like almost personally attacked And [01:08:24 – 01:08:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I felt like an identity crisis where I'm like, no, I want to be rebellious. [01:08:33 – 01:08:43] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But you know what? It was actually like our generation would be rebellious in a way that would bring this on, right? [01:08:44 – 01:08:51] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Whereas before you would be limited with what music you can access, what text you can access, how you can communicate. [01:08:52 – 01:09:02] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] We were the generation who would kill the computer with downloading illegal music through Lumwire and then you would have dancing ladies on your screen and stuff. [01:09:05 – 01:09:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Right? We were rebelling against what was the norm before by using the technology. [01:09:10 – 01:09:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] By using it, yeah. [01:09:13 – 01:09:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Yeah. [01:09:16 – 01:09:30] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Like, can you imagine to be, but then I don't know if they got the same thirst and hunger for music in particular as we had, because it was in a way so limited [01:09:30 – 01:09:38] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] in what you have access to. So you really treasured it or you went back to something that, you know, like the old things, right? [01:09:38 – 01:09:40] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Like rock from 70s, whatever, doors. [01:09:42 – 01:09:50] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Whereas now you just go on the internet and you can literally listen to anything that your mind wants to listen to. [01:09:50 – 01:09:56] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And I remember because I was like among the cool kids, but I always felt like I am an imposter. [01:09:56 – 01:10:04] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I'm not actually cool. So like people had really good like understanding of what different music styles are. [01:10:05 – 01:10:12] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And I just enjoy the music. But I wasn't really able to say, oh, yeah, this is jungle and this is this and this is that. [01:10:12 – 01:10:17] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I was just like, you know, I was drunk or smoked most of the time. So, you know, whatever. [01:10:20 – 01:10:28] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] But now you just think about something and you can literally educate yourself in seconds about it to depth. [01:10:28 – 01:10:33] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] And you can listen to whoever started it, who is progressing it, who changed it. [01:10:33 – 01:10:45] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Like you can go on a journey like we never could. You had to go to the party to get the CDs, to get that, to meet the musician, to hear about the new stuff that's coming out. [01:10:47 – 01:10:47] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Yeah. [01:10:49 – 01:10:53] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I don't know how I would be now if I would be like S Music Crazy. What do you think, Sean? [01:10:53 – 01:10:54] Overlapping speakers [overlap] How would you be if you were now? [01:10:56 – 01:11:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I think it'd be very similar, honestly. I don't know what it's like in other big cities, obviously. [01:11:05 – 01:11:13] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But in Detroit, and particularly I'll point out like the punk rock scene, there's a big music scene, like an underground scene, right? [01:11:14 – 01:11:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] There are a lot of venues to play at, but there's also like basement parties and backyard festivals where everybody plays, things like that. [01:11:24 – 01:11:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But the younger kids now, like the kids in their late teens and early 20s, are dominating the scene. [01:11:31 – 01:11:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] They're throwing the sickest shows and they're like getting big venues and booking everybody. [01:11:38 – 01:11:50] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And like the live music, the particularly underground like punk scene is so on point right now to the point that it's like even expanding and more people are getting into it. [01:11:50 – 01:12:00] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And like I look back to the hardcore scene when I was younger and it was like if you wanted to mosh or you wanted to jump in and do some hardcore dancing like you were going to get hit a few times. [01:12:01 – 01:12:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] and maybe even targeted by other people who wanted to go in there and angrily push and shove and throw punches right like because you can get away with it there but nowadays they want open space and rent large [01:12:15 – 01:12:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] venues and they want to play with all the lights on so everybody can safely hardcore dance and freak out do cartwheel kicks and air punches and all the crazy shit right and have fun but with the space [01:12:30 – 01:12:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] to dance and have it be safe. And it's wild because it's like, you know, long hair tattooed, like let's go fuck shit up. [01:12:39 – 01:12:45] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But like, let's turn all the lights on and make sure we don't run into each other too much because we want to enjoy this. [01:12:46 – 01:12:53] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So it's kind of like, I don't know. I'm just going to use that as one point of reference that I'm very intrigued and very respectful of. [01:12:54 – 01:13:09] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I'm a little biased because I also, you know, play in hardcore bands and we're like the old punk rockers have been around for a while you know that go and play sometimes um and it's just so cool to see like such a progressive [01:13:09 – 01:13:17] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] open -minded inclusive community within such a niche that's also generally stereotyped as like aggressive [01:13:18 – 01:13:28] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but it's not at all it's just like full -on expression and people want to do it safely and it's awesome and the kids these days are like changing the game. [01:13:31 – 01:13:43] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Sean, if I imagine myself how I dressed when I went to a club when I was like 17 or 18, I think that it was really good that the lights were dimmed. [01:13:46 – 01:13:54] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I don't think that I would want to be seen as much with, yeah. [01:13:55 – 01:13:56] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I thought, yeah, no. [01:13:56 – 01:14:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Well, there's still the fog -filled industrial and techno and goth venues, you know. [01:14:02 – 01:14:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] There's still the dim -lit [01:14:06 – 01:14:09] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] spooky places to go enjoy, too. But [01:14:10 – 01:14:21] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] yeah, just particularly in the hardcore scene because they want to freak out and go crazy and run around and circle pit but they don't want to actually like you know be hurting each other which is awesome [01:14:34 – 01:14:48] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] every once in a while it comes with some honor but being a musician who like traveled and toured and was in a lot of different scenes it was like can I just like watch this band without getting punched in the head please like i want [01:14:48 – 01:15:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] to be up front but i don't want to deal with your shit and that guy's way bigger than me and i don't want to get knocked over by him and he's drunk and not paying attention you know when i was uh back [01:15:02 – 01:15:02] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] home in [01:15:02 – 01:15:17] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] check a few weeks back uh we were walking with my childhood best friend uh to her house in the middle of the night from a party and we were talking about how different it was and how embarrassed by ourselves now we [01:15:17 – 01:15:31] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] would be our 16 year olds would be because we went like we were drinking wine with water and we were actually commenting how the water is delicious and it's just another story but we were talking about how it must be really [01:15:31 – 01:15:45] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] hard nowadays with the phones and the ability to take pictures and videos of everything because if they were pictures and videos of me of what I was doing when I was 17 dancing in a dim club I [01:15:45 – 01:15:59] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] don't think that I would want them to be all over socials and I think that maybe people are because you go to these I don't really go clubbing anymore are people more self -aware in how they present themselves in public since [01:15:59 – 01:16:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] everybody's recording everything nowadays mmm [01:16:06 – 01:16:20] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] depending on the scene sometimes cameras aren't allowed like I've been to a lot of techno parties like quote -unquote raves nowadays where you're not supposed to even take photos you know like shunned upon if you did [01:16:20 – 01:16:23] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] so that's cool but [01:16:24 – 01:16:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] that's cool when you talk about it it honestly like I've been thinking about this a lot too it's interesting like how documentation has changed humans a bit and it reminds me of quantum mechanics honestly right [01:16:38 – 01:16:53] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] like how when particles are observed they collapse into like a specific reality instead of being in their quantum form has to do with perception and this is not theoretical this is quantum physics and [01:16:53 – 01:17:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] uh i almost feel like there's a correlation in a feedback loop where because things can be documented it forces people to act differently. [01:17:05 – 01:17:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Like that's like part of the almost like a sickness, right? Where people who are super happy on social media and smiling and only post good stuff might actually be most depressed. [01:17:16 – 01:17:23] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It's causing this sort of different reality where there was a period where people were getting caught on camera off guard, right? [01:17:23 – 01:17:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And that was scary and like part of the transition. But now I feel like everybody just expects it, prepares for it, like works around it. [01:17:31 – 01:17:45] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Like that's just how it is like you have to be presentable you know to maintain the the image um and it's just like part of oh there's probably some psychology or philosophy back in there [01:17:45 – 01:17:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but yeah it makes me wonder like how people change because of being observed right and if you were born into it then you wouldn't even know that there's a difference like you wouldn't even know that you could [01:17:59 – 01:18:13] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] just be free and wild and make mistakes like yeah if there was times when I was younger that were documented I'd be horrified are you kidding me nobody needs to see that I know right but like our kids nowadays just like [01:18:13 – 01:18:25] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] like that's a non -issue because there's like a different standard um I don't know that's where the theoretical stuff comes in but can I just say [01:18:25 – 01:18:37] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] you are about to check out in a hotel room with a hangover after networking, hosting a space with the hangover and you talking quantum physics, like more flowers. [01:18:41 – 01:18:52] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Not too bad today. I was more hungover after Honey Bee Lounge because the, the cleanup took until almost 4am, but there was an open bar. [01:18:52 – 01:19:06] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So I was like five margaritas and a couple of beers drink. at that point and then of course at like 5 a.m you know you gotta have a decompression drink once you're finally actually done so when i got up three hours later i was like [01:19:06 – 01:19:13] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] i don't know if the heartburn or the headache is worse today i feel glorious because i went to bed at like 1 a.m [01:19:16 – 01:19:23] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] and the beautiful bee among us we were talking about you a lot your ears must have been ringing [01:19:23 – 01:19:27] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Of course we were talking about her a lot because she's awesome. [01:19:30 – 01:19:32] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Oh hopefully she gets a speaker back. Let's see here. [01:19:34 – 01:19:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] She might be making a round but that's awesome. [01:19:39 – 01:19:40] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I'm stoked to get Bea up here. [01:19:48 – 01:19:49] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Hello. Hello. [01:19:52 – 01:20:03] @wonderwox [metadata] hi i was one of those things i came up on stage and then i could i could hear the delay like you were still talking and veronica was i was like oh no i gotta come back [01:20:06 – 01:20:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] can you hear me yeah yep we can hear you you're here in real time how are you where where are you right now are you back home not yet not till tomorrow Ah, okay, cool. [01:20:19 – 01:20:24] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So, yeah, I'm sitting out having a cappuccino across from Rebecca's building. [01:20:25 – 01:20:30] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Uh -huh. Very nice. Well, if you want to get some lunch in a bit, I got to check out of my hotel. [01:20:30 – 01:20:32] Overlapping speakers [overlap] And I'll be here till tonight. [01:20:33 – 01:20:33] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, yeah? [01:20:34 – 01:20:35] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yep. [01:20:37 – 01:20:40] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, possibly. I think, are you interested in a Japanese massage? [01:20:42 – 01:20:43] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Hmm. [01:20:44 – 01:20:50] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I am very interested in a Japanese massage. But I might just go walk the streets and play Pokemon Go for a while. [01:20:53 – 01:20:54] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Okay, yeah. [01:20:55 – 01:21:03] Overlapping speakers [overlap] But yeah, let's stay in touch on that. I just didn't want to miss the opportunity to throw it out there knowing that you're still there. [01:21:04 – 01:21:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] B, I just want to say huge congratulations. [01:21:06 – 01:21:11] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I heard that it was the event of New York. [01:21:11 – 01:21:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] even NFT NYC but NYC in general that night. [01:21:17 – 01:21:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Congratulations. [01:21:19 – 01:21:21] @wonderwox [metadata] Thank you. Yes it was quite [01:21:22 – 01:21:30] @wonderwox [metadata] spectacular and that's why I think we went to bed at 7am because I just didn't want it to end the night. [01:21:32 – 01:21:36] @wonderwox [metadata] But so much fun. You were there in spirit. [01:21:37 – 01:21:38] @wonderwox [metadata] I felt your presence there, Veronica. [01:21:42 – 01:21:56] Overlapping speakers [overlap] yeah i was watching all the videos and i thought oh my god so many incredible people coming together the energy in there must be amazing and then i heard all the feedback how everyone thought that the organization of the event [01:21:56 – 01:21:59] Overlapping speakers [overlap] and everything was impeccable and the best that they have ever [01:22:00 – 01:22:10] @wonderwox [metadata] seen in crypto events and i thought yes that's my girl rock and roll well hey thank you i couldn't have done it without this amazing team. [01:22:10 – 01:22:18] @wonderwox [metadata] I mean, it was like a dream team from when we started to with the party, like all the organizing and everything. [01:22:18 – 01:22:19] @wonderwox [metadata] It was like, [01:22:20 – 01:22:23] @wonderwox [metadata] yeah, we had the best bartenders. They were amazing. [01:22:25 – 01:22:31] @wonderwox [metadata] The music was amazing. I mean, it was so surreal just seeing everybody, meeting everybody. [01:22:31 – 01:22:36] @wonderwox [metadata] And wow, I wish we could do it again. Maybe next year. [01:22:36 – 01:22:38] @wonderwox [metadata] I think next year we'll do it again. [01:22:39 – 01:22:40] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Same place. [01:22:41 – 01:22:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, that would be sick. Everybody would definitely be like, oh, well, you know, we're going tonight. [01:22:47 – 01:22:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, and we could, now that we have the lay of the land of the venue, it would be so smooth to do it again next time. [01:22:57 – 01:23:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Oh, my gosh. The little band that played out on the, so we had a rooftop quartet. [01:23:04 – 01:23:15] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] It was so cute and adorable, like little jazz tunes and some bebopping and trombone and boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom kind of vibe. [01:23:15 – 01:23:16] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah. [01:23:16 – 01:23:17] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Oh, it was so good. [01:23:18 – 01:23:25] @wonderwox [metadata] Yeah. So lucky Rebecca knows the singer guy. So we got such a good deal on that. [01:23:27 – 01:23:32] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Yeah, that was cool. That really brought the vibe for sure. And delicious food. [01:23:32 – 01:23:39] @wonderwox [metadata] The food was great. Yeah, that was our biggest juggernaut, like figuring out how much food, where do we get the food. [01:23:39 – 01:23:44] @wonderwox [metadata] We couldn't afford like a proper caterer to come and like serve people and stuff. [01:23:45 – 01:23:46] @wonderwox [metadata] So it was like a drop -off catering. [01:23:48 – 01:23:58] @wonderwox [metadata] But everything pretty much got eaten. And what didn't get eaten, we sat home with Morgan. We were like, lots of anipasto and bread and salad. [01:23:59 – 01:24:04] @wonderwox [metadata] Huge bowl of Caesar salad. I could see her at home just with that big bowl [01:24:06 – 01:24:11] @wonderwox [metadata] I couldn't stop hugging Morgan every time I was near her I was just like my arms were around her [01:24:17 – 01:24:30] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] yeah she was telling me that it was a lot of fun for her a meeting all of you guys that it was incredible but she was like people are recognizing me by my voice they just came Morgan like yeah You are quite recognizable. [01:24:30 – 01:24:32] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Your voice is very unique. [01:24:34 – 01:24:35] @wonderwox [metadata] What was your highlight of the night? [01:24:40 – 01:24:40] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Crypto Overlord. [01:24:42 – 01:24:44] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Sorry, I'm also eating a bagel right now. [01:24:47 – 01:24:47] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] When in New York. [01:24:52 – 01:24:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Wow. Highlight of the night, huh? [01:24:57 – 01:25:01] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So many. jeez I don't even know I wish I made [01:25:03 – 01:25:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] someone was just talking about the Hedera guys and who was there and what they were talking about and I was like I didn't meet them because there wasn't even enough time to meet everybody but [01:25:16 – 01:25:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I think meeting the author of ERC20 is definitely a highlight, inspirational you know it kind of reminds me of when I met Casey Rodemire and was talking to him a little bit about Bitcoin and ordinals and runes and was able to be like, thank you [01:25:30 – 01:25:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] for your work, you know. So having a similar experience with a person that literally brought NFTs into the world was pretty sick, [01:25:40 – 01:25:43] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] you know. And him and the founder of NFT NYC were at your party. [01:25:46 – 01:25:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So cool. [01:25:48 – 01:25:56] @wonderwox [metadata] That was pretty insane. Yeah. And he was, was it Jody, the organizer guy? [01:25:59 – 01:26:03] @wonderwox [metadata] Yeah, he's adorable. He's like, I love your party. He was making a big plate of food. [01:26:03 – 01:26:05] @wonderwox [metadata] And then I taped the name on his back. [01:26:06 – 01:26:08] @wonderwox [metadata] I was like, you need a name. [01:26:10 – 01:26:14] Overlapping speakers [overlap] We didn't get to really play that whole game. But it was from Veronica. [01:26:16 – 01:26:21] @wonderwox [metadata] I printed out famous people from the 20s to the 70s. [01:26:22 – 01:26:29] @wonderwox [metadata] And it was like the name game, basically. just tape it on someone's back and they have to ask other people am I a man? [01:26:29 – 01:26:33] @wonderwox [metadata] Am I a woman? You know, kind of figure out it's like an icebreaker game [01:26:34 – 01:26:37] @wonderwox [metadata] and people are loving it they're like, we want another name [01:26:39 – 01:26:41] Overlapping speakers [overlap] it was fun Yeah [01:26:41 – 01:26:56] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I love that little added part right there Real quick before you I want you to show your highlight too but I will say I played it I figured out who was on my back and I helped the other people at my table figure it out and it was really fun and it was engaging [01:26:56 – 01:27:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] and who were you i was a complicated one because the first like three people i asked didn't even know um i was sonny bono oh i know that was a tough one but you knew who he was right [01:27:10 – 01:27:22] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] like you got it eventually i figured yep yeah we figured it out and it was because um the main key was his famous wife that i ended up pinning down to and figured out it was share. [01:27:24 – 01:27:26] Overlapping speakers [overlap] That's actually how I figured it out. [01:27:30 – 01:27:33] @wonderwox [metadata] Yeah, I think the guy from I think Jody. [01:27:36 – 01:27:40] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I know it's a J. I got to look at my I got his email. I think it's Judy. [01:27:43 – 01:27:43] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Jody. [01:27:44 – 01:27:46] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Jody Rich. Oh, there we go. [01:27:47 – 01:27:50] @wonderwox [metadata] Yeah. I think he got Steve McQueen [01:27:52 – 01:27:52] Overlapping speakers [overlap] on his [01:27:54 – 01:27:54] Overlapping speakers [overlap] nice I remember [01:27:56 – 01:27:59] @wonderwox [metadata] yeah I don't know what the highlight is for me either I think [01:28:01 – 01:28:01] @wonderwox [metadata] um [01:28:09 – 01:28:15] @wonderwox [metadata] I don't know all the moments are like flashing past me and I'm like that was a great moment that was a great moment [01:28:17 – 01:28:18] Overlapping speakers [overlap] it was just a whole [01:28:18 – 01:28:28] Overlapping speakers [overlap] it was it was all highlighted yeah it's an epic weekend really awesome bro one more thing we were [01:28:28 – 01:28:39] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] earlier talking about everything that i'm now jealous of sean because what he got experience and the t -shirts and everything that the tables have turned you have also seen the poker cards [01:28:39 – 01:28:47] Overlapping speakers [overlap] before i will see them oh my god yes they're so cool they're so cool [01:28:50 – 01:29:04] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] and yeah i have a table in there as well so that was proper poker poker tournament night and i heard that elliot won which is amazing i am proud of him i didn't know that he's a good poker player [01:29:05 – 01:29:09] Overlapping speakers [overlap] you see we never know we never know well apparently he's not [01:29:11 – 01:29:21] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] he told me about it afterwards i was like dude congratulations on winning he was like I can't believe I won he's like I tried to lose like three times and I just happened to win [01:29:23 – 01:29:33] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] like went all in just so he could like wrap up because he wasn't expecting to win and then actually took the hands each time ended up with the whole pot at the end [01:29:36 – 01:29:50] @wonderwox [metadata] yeah and the dealer is a crypto guy because I was like he's like what's the prize I was like five Solana and he's like what wow that's amazing I was like you know what Solana is so um he's in the crypto and and uh elliot was [01:29:50 – 01:29:54] @wonderwox [metadata] like um got his wallet address to tip him [01:29:55 – 01:30:01] @wonderwox [metadata] after the game well the next day i sent him the the soleno but he got his wallet to send him a tip [01:30:03 – 01:30:13] @wonderwox [metadata] um yeah and they started playing with our cards but because of the lighting in there It was a little too hard to see the cards in the game. [01:30:14 – 01:30:21] @wonderwox [metadata] So we wound up using the normal cards. But still, it was amazing. [01:30:21 – 01:30:28] @wonderwox [metadata] I think it was just because it was kind of dark in there. But I think maybe the next edition that we print, we'll have to put more white in there. [01:30:28 – 01:30:33] @wonderwox [metadata] Like, I think on the edges and around the jacks, you know what I mean? [01:30:33 – 01:30:39] @wonderwox [metadata] the letters and the numbers. I think we'll have to throw some white so there's more contrast. [01:30:40 – 01:30:43] @wonderwox [metadata] So when they are playing, they can use their cards. [01:30:47 – 01:30:53] @wonderwox [metadata] But everybody loved the cards. And I put them in the gift bags. The gift bags turned into pretty amazing. [01:30:54 – 01:30:55] Overlapping speakers [overlap] A lot of stuff in there. [01:30:56 – 01:30:57] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Whoa, yeah, they did. [01:30:58 – 01:30:58] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Did you get one? [01:31:00 – 01:31:01] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I did not, but I know what was in them. [01:31:03 – 01:31:07] Overlapping speakers [overlap] I pretty much got pieces of everything that was going in there, so no worries there. [01:31:07 – 01:31:08] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Yeah, they're like [01:31:08 – 01:31:13] @wonderwox [metadata] t -shirts and I wound up getting these earplugs sponsored. [01:31:13 – 01:31:21] @wonderwox [metadata] I don't know, I was trying to get these high fidelity earplugs but they're like we can't send those but we'll send some foam earplugs. [01:31:21 – 01:31:30] @wonderwox [metadata] I was like, they're great and I still, I didn't get them in all the bags so I'm left over with like 100 pairs of earplugs I'm like, I don't know what I'm gonna do with them [01:31:33 – 01:31:44] Overlapping speakers [overlap] well speaking of plugs pengwine bought some other plugs oh my god yes we did kamal pengwine and i [01:31:44 – 01:31:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] went into a local adult store together yep imagine that the three of us examining the butt plugs um and we chose one and we bought it and we made it a prize and it [01:31:59 – 01:32:12] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] is a nice little butt plug and three of you yep mm -hmm in new york adult store very tight space lots of plugs um [01:32:13 – 01:32:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] yeah yeah good stories good times but check this out so it was so amazing so people entered they did the call to actions, got on a little random selection, and we chose the winner. [01:32:27 – 01:32:34] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And he happened to be at NFT NYC. He happened to also be a founder in the space and was on a panel that day. [01:32:35 – 01:32:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So we gave him his prize. [01:32:40 – 01:32:43] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And he was so excited about it. He, [01:32:45 – 01:33:00] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] well, also I should say we put a UBP sticker on the front of it too which is pretty good so it looks like a unicorn butt plug branded butt plug which is awesome um it's like pink and sparkly but we so [01:33:00 – 01:33:14] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] we gave it to him and then he brought it on stage onto the fucking stage of NFT NYC and set it on the table and was like and literally was like this is why we're here because of [01:33:14 – 01:33:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] this right here high as unicorn [01:33:18 – 01:33:27] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] with the fucking butt plug on the table shouted us out on nftnyc um and acknowledged that he was there for the butt plug [01:33:30 – 01:33:37] Overlapping speakers [overlap] fucking awesome that's amazing that's hilarious it was so good elliot's got a clip of it i think [01:33:37 – 01:33:51] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] he sent i was like oh my god we need to edit that i want to see that exact clip but right after he says like this is why we're here hi is unicorn i want the frame to just freeze and then those pixelated cool glasses to drop down and a [01:33:51 – 01:34:01] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] song to come on so uh glad that's in recorded space now because i'm gonna request that of a dish i think that's what it needs [01:34:05 – 01:34:08] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but yeah that was awesome and hilarious [01:34:11 – 01:34:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I see a teet boss is hopefully he connects here [01:34:19 – 01:34:22] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] we have had a little lag so if you want to take a lap boss we'll get you back up [01:34:28 – 01:34:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Plus, I'm realizing, oh my gosh, I'm supposed to check out in 25 minutes. [01:34:32 – 01:34:39] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Also, Penguin gave me a unicorn costume, which is awesome, but like, where is this thing going? [01:34:40 – 01:34:40] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] How am I getting it home? [01:34:43 – 01:34:51] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I'm literally not sure what to do. I guess I'm just going to fill a grocery bag with some stuff and maybe buy a new bag or something. [01:34:51 – 01:34:53] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I can repack everything in and check it. [01:34:57 – 01:35:04] Overlapping speakers [overlap] You know, you could always wear it because when people are short with suitcases, you wear everything. [01:35:05 – 01:35:06] Overlapping speakers [overlap] So, you know. [01:35:07 – 01:35:13] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Oh, my God. Just put on all my clothes and then a giant unicorn inflatable costume also. [01:35:13 – 01:35:14] Overlapping speakers [overlap] On top. Mm -hmm. [01:35:15 – 01:35:18] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I wonder how security would treat that. [01:35:22 – 01:35:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Huh. Well, also, the unicorn made an appearance. Everyone loved it. [01:35:26 – 01:35:27] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] That was fun. [01:35:34 – 01:35:45] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] overall epic time and there'll be plenty to unpack and talk more too especially after a little bit more sleep and decompression i'm gonna have even more things to share [01:35:51 – 01:35:54] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but definitely the honeybee lounge was gorgeous [01:35:55 – 01:35:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] beautiful people beautiful space it was rad [01:36:03 – 01:36:17] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] it was pretty much like exactly what everybody needed at that point in time you know good food some socializing nice music outdoor and indoor vibes and just a place to connect and chill it wasn't like nobody was chilling there [01:36:17 – 01:36:36] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] were no talks being done you know there was uh sharing the microphone a few times of course from being barbie and thanking everybody and outside of that it was just vibes super cool oh [01:36:36 – 01:36:50] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] i also will say i made a post on my cryptoverlord account with one of the after parties we went to last night and it was really cool to see decentraland working i've been kind of like out of the loop i like took a break from being obsessed with metaverses [01:36:50 – 01:37:05] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] but I still am so that was really sweet I downloaded their app and I'm looking forward to playing with Decentraland again and seeing how it works out because they were actually live streaming a [01:37:05 – 01:37:19] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] DJ dance party inside of Decentraland so people were able to go into the metaverse on their phone into a digital environment and make their little avatar dance and simultaneously be listening to the music and [01:37:19 – 01:37:24] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] seeing a feed from the IRL party that I was at. Love that. [01:37:25 – 01:37:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Absolutely love that. [01:37:30 – 01:37:35] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] That was what we were dreaming of like four, five, six years ago. And it's starting to happen. [01:37:36 – 01:37:41] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Apparently it has been happening. I just haven't been aware. So that was cool to see. [01:37:43 – 01:37:50] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I think with the metaverses, it is still quite niche in a way, isn't it? [01:37:50 – 01:38:02] Overlapping speakers [overlap] Like a lot of people are fully aware of the existence and usually like following someone who is super active on metaverses, but they don't generally spend time in metaverses. [01:38:04 – 01:38:09] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] Oh, and by the way, Sean, I just don't want you to check out too late so that they don't charge you an additional night. [01:38:11 – 01:38:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Cool. Well, I love hanging out with y 'all. It feels weird to wrap up early. I mean, I need three or four hours with everybody. [01:38:18 – 01:38:25] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But yeah, you are totally right. I do need some extra encouragement because at this point, I don't even know if I'll get a shower before I leave. [01:38:26 – 01:38:31] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But I should, yeah, think about packing up here. I'm going to do that. [01:38:31 – 01:38:32] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I should start. [01:38:35 – 01:38:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So you'll have to take over the conversation or we can wrap it up. Either way, I'm down. [01:38:40 – 01:38:41] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] But yeah, thanks for the reminder. [01:38:42 – 01:38:49] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I'll just be like fuck it I'm being rebellious today they'll kick me out when they kick me out I got friends to hang out with [01:38:51 – 01:39:06] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] I think uh I think that we can wrap up this one because I I do need to drive for my son as well and it's probably gonna kick me out of space okay cool but it was super amazing to catch up I am obviously very [01:39:06 – 01:39:20] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] jelly of everything and everyone in there but i have felt the fabulous energy through all of you and through your beautiful faces being happy together and all the snapshots and videos that i saw from nft and yc as [01:39:20 – 01:39:34] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] well like you guys are superstars it was so so good you know it was so much better than sometimes web3 actually like is like it was amazing for me as a viewer so i'm [01:39:34 – 01:39:48] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] just really proud of you all well i'm proud of everybody who worked on honeybee lounge shout out bee for sure and penguin and barbie and [01:39:48 – 01:40:02] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] randy ai they did excellent and yeah cool well i guess you know we'll be back next week and probably popping in and out of other spaces throughout the week too apparently we have uh [01:40:02 – 01:40:16] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] some tickle tournament to sign up for on sunday and that's only a couple days away and then before we know it we'll uh be talking about that weird documentary next friday and having a pegline and quamal and [01:40:16 – 01:40:30] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] everybody back and probably some more links and things i didn't like prepare uh some of the leads that i have created and want to connect with so hopefully we can invite some of these new friends as well to join our space. [01:40:30 – 01:40:35] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I know there's some that plan on coming through, but a lot of people are traveling today. So I can't wait to see because [01:40:38 – 01:40:52] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] there's ripples in motion now. It's pretty awesome. Honeybee, Royale, LFGO, High as a Unicorn, Randy AI just completely leveled up, [01:40:52 – 01:41:07] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] in my opinion, on like a crazy scale. And we're going to be processing it and unpacking all this for a little while from not just the inspiration and hypothetical, but like genuine connections, lead, friends, [01:41:08 – 01:41:23] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] more founders in the space, like people doing, creating, hosting epic shit and uh we i honestly feel like the baton's being passed in a way you know spaces evolve and they change and it's always been a [01:41:23 – 01:41:37] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] way for we know you know high as unicorn let's we show up this is what we do you know we did the token we built the nf drew the nfts launched them needed a utility token launched that built a video game like and we're [01:41:37 – 01:41:38] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] just getting started [01:41:41 – 01:41:50] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] it's wild to see like a lot of people who were active in the space years ago, they're just not around and nobody's going to wait for them, you know? [01:41:50 – 01:42:04] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So it's, it's definitely some wheels are turning on this concept of like, you know, write a passage in a sense that we all just went through and repping our brands and these creations and seeing the reflection in other people and [01:42:04 – 01:42:12] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] what's possible and how to not just interact and make friends on X, but like really genuinely like change the world. [01:42:12 – 01:42:23] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] Right. Uh, it's pretty fucking sick and it feels like, um, yeah, full circle batons being passed, like things are changing and, um, we're stepping up. [01:42:23 – 01:42:26] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] So yeah, there's going to be plenty more to talk about. [01:42:28 – 01:42:36] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And I guess with that, um, I should use the last 15 minutes I have to take a cat bath and put all my shit in a bag. [01:42:41 – 01:42:46] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] And yeah, y 'all are awesome. Thanks for coming through and vibing for a couple hours. [01:42:47 – 01:42:55] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] I can't wait to have a longer conversation, but very stoked that I was able to get up on time, get some coffee and food, and be able to chat with everybody, [01:42:56 – 01:42:59] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] continuing the surreal experience of this trip for sure. [01:43:02 – 01:43:10] Overlapping speakers [overlap] and keeping the howie spaces running every friday every friday over two years now [01:43:14 – 01:43:21] @HighAsUnicorn [metadata] yep yep yep cool so i can't play any fun outro song or any of that um i just say thank you genuinely to everybody who came through [01:43:24 – 01:43:24] Overlapping speakers [overlap] each one of you. [01:43:26 – 01:43:32] @VeronikaLKLK [metadata] So have a nice rest of the day in New York. Being you have nice of your rest of your time in New York as well.
