# Practice Bike Repair — teaching pack v1

These are original, invented DJH teaching fixtures for four field guides. None is a real business, client, prospect, delivery, price offer, or measured result. No secrets or private records are included. No script contacts anyone or deploys anything.

## Start

- Read `business-context.md` and `service-rules.md`.
- Process improvement: draft briefs for `repair-requests.csv`; compare with `repair-answer-key.md` after your first pass.
- Development: copy `website/index.html` into a separate practice folder and ask your agent to add labeled, case-insensitive search. Run the acceptance checks below. No dependencies are needed.
- Speech to website: dictate a tune-up FAQ change to the same practice site. Use the exact $75 example price and existing #request link. Show a preview; do not publish until approved.
- CRM: use `prospects.csv` as a labeling exercise only. Every source URL is invented and deliberately nonresolving. Practice qualification and outreach drafts without importing into a real CRM or sending. For real research, separately gather and verify real primary sources.

Copy the starter into a separate practice folder before editing. It is a single HTML file, not an existing Git repository. If you want to practice branches and hosting, ask the agent to explain its proposed local repository setup before approving it. No hosting account is needed for the local exercise.

To view the starter, open `website/index.html` in a browser, or from its folder run `python3 -m http.server 8080 --bind 127.0.0.1`. Stop the server when finished. Do not expose it publicly. A phone remote session works through the execution host; it does not make localhost public.

## Search acceptance checks

- TUNE matches Tune-up, ignoring case.
- zzzz-no-match displays a useful empty state.
- Clearing restores all three services.
- The input has a visible label and works by keyboard.
- Prices and the request link remain unchanged; the narrow layout does not overflow.

## Files and boundaries

`repair-intake-draft/SKILL.md` is a teaching example, not an officially released DJH skill package. Read it before use. It contains no executables or elevated tool permissions. Product and provider documentation remain authoritative for their own tools. This pack is a starter exercise, not a complete integration or proof of business savings.

`video-shotlists.md` describes future recordings; no video has been recorded or verified.
